Металлополимерная армированная труба получена путем экструзионного формования при одновременной подаче в формующую полость расплава полимера и армирующего металлического каркаса с последующим интенсивным охлаждением внутренней и внешней поверхности формуемой трубы. Техническим результатом изобретения является повышение качества и длительной прочности в радиальном направлении металлополимерной армированной трубы, при повышении производительности процесса ее изготовления, а также повышение прочности и технологичности трубопровода, построенного из полученных труб.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Wärmetauscher sowie ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Wärmetauschers, der Wärmetauscher-Lamellen und mit diesen in thermischem Kontakt stehende im wesentlichen parallele Metallrohre aufweist, wobei die Metallrohre im wesentlichen senkrecht zu den Lamellen angeordnet sind und offene Enden aufweisen und wobei je zwei benachbarte Metallrohre an ihren offenen Enden in einem Überlappungsbereich durch jeweils ein U-förmiges Endrohr miteinander ohne Verwendung eines Klebstoffs verbunden werden, welches dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass man: a) ein Endrohr verwendet, das aus einem thermisch expandierbaren Kunststoff besteht, und dieses im Überlappungsbereich auf die Metallrohre aufsteckt oder in die Metallrohre einsteckt und b) das Endrohr aus thermisch expandierbarem Kunststoff auf eine Expansionstemperatur erwärmt, bei welcher der Kunststoff expandiert, so dass sich das Endrohr im Überlappungsbereich an die Metallrohre anpresst. The present invention relates to a method for producing ductwork connecting components (1) preferably for air-handling systems. The essence of the invention lies in that providing a foam-related material made of chemically cross-linked polyolefine with closed cell-structure, preparing the pattern (4) of a connecting component from a foam-sheet of polyolefine, cutting out the pattern and forming the final shape of the connecting component by welding the corresponding edges. The present invention relates further on to connecting components prepared according to the method of the invention. The invention also relates to an air-handling system using the connecting components of the invention.

A pipe connector has a coupling (22) with a first cylindrical land (34), a second cylindrical land (36), and a third cylindrical land (38). There is a first annular recess (42) defined between the first cylindrical land (34) and the second cylindrical land (36), and a second annular recess (44) defined between the second cylindrical land (36) and the third cylindrical land (38). A gate channel (50) communicates between the two recesses (42, 44) through the second cylindrical land (36). Circumferential seals (46, 48) extend around the first and third cylindrical lands (34, 38). A cement injection port (52) communicates between the outside of the connector of the first recess (42), and a cement vent port (54) communicates between the outside of the connector and the second recess (44). In use, a pipe (24) is inserted into the coupling to rest upon the three lands (34, 36, 38), and cement is forced into the injection port (52). The cement flows circumferentially around the first annular recess (42), through the gate opening (50), circumferentially around the second annular recess (44), and out through the vent port (54). The seals (46, 48) prevent the cement from flowing out of the interior of the connector.

A pipeline system is provided for a pumping system for fluid products, such as gasoline, diesel fuel and chemicals, and including a pump (12) for pumping such products from a storage tank (10) through the primary pipeline (30) of the pipeline system to a product dispenser (18). The pipeline system includes a secondary contanment system for the primary pipeline between the tank and dispenser which includes telescoping pipe sections (32a, 32b) of different diameters. The telescoping piping is installed around the primary pipeline (30) and the pipe sections are, prior to final installation, movable between intermediate and final positions, for enabling completion, testing and inspection of the primary pipeline prior to final completion of the secondary containment system. One section of the telescoping piping is a flexible corrugated pipe (42) which is able to bend around elbows. Compression seals and ring clamps (42a, 42b) are used to connect the components together.
