Methods of making gypsum composites include combining gypsum stucco, water, and a cementitious material to form a slurry, and setting and drying the slurry to form a gypsum composite.

본 발명은 해사(海沙)나 강사(江沙)와 같이 비교적 활용도가 낮은 모래에 소정의 첨가제를 혼합하여 건축자재를 제조하고 이를 이용함으로써, 자원 활용성을 높여 원가절감을 이룸과 동시에 친환경적인 제품을 제공할 수 있도록 한 모래를 이용한 건축용 판재 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 모래 조성물 100중량부에 대하여, 모래 100중량부, 수산화나트륨 0.5중량부, 물 10중량부로 구성된 모래조성물을 제조하는 제1공정; 첨가제 조성물 100중량부에 대하여, 장석 55%중량부, 이산화규소 12%중량부, 스포듀민 20%중량부, 석회석 8%중량부, 고령토 5%중량부로 구성된 첨가제 조성물을 제조하는 제2공정; 상기 모래 조성물과 첨가제 조성물을 혼합하는 제3공정; 상기 제3공정을 통해 생성된 첨가제가 혼합된 모래조성물을 진공 압출기를 이용하여 일정한 형태의 판재로 프레스 성형하는 제4공정; 상기 성형된 판재를 건조하는 제5공정; 및 상기 성형된 판재를 소성시켜주는 제6공정을 포함하여 된 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a method for obtaining optical interference effects on enamelled or non-enamelled ceramic or glass surfaces or enamelled metallic surfaces by means of the digital ink-jet technique. Said method involves applying "ink-jet effect inks" with a high refraction index on a laminar interphase with a sub-micrometric particle size with a low refraction index. The invention additionally comprises a ceramic, glass or metallic product decorated by means of said method.
