본 발명은 허브 내장형 다단 변속기에 관한 것으로서, 특히, 1단 또는 2단 이상의 다단 유성기어세트 및 2중 일방향 클러치를 이용하여 콤팩트한 내장형 변속기로 다단 변속을 구현하고, 관성주행시 오버 러닝 기능을 부여하는 동시에, 구동 주행 상태에서도 강제 변속 기능을 이용하여 변속레버의 작은 조작력으로도 빠른 변속이 이루어지도록 하기 위한 장치에 관한 것으로서, 차체에 고정된 샤프트(100)와, 상기 샤프트(100)의 외주에 회전 가능하게 위치하여 회전력을 입력받는 드라이버(200) 및 회전력을 출력시키는 허브쉘(300)과; 상기 허브쉘(300)의 내부에 마련되는 태양기어, 유성기어(412), 캐리어(413), 링기어(414)로 이루어진 유성기어세트(410)와, 일방향 클러치로써 상기 캐리어(413)와 상기 허브쉘(300) 사이에 마련되는 제1출력클러치(420)와, 소정의 위상각 차이를 갖도록 일체로 이루어진 2개의 일방향 클러치로써 상기 드라이버(200)와 상기 링기어(414) 사이 및 상기 링기어(414)와 상기 허브쉘(300) 사이에 마련되어, 회전속도의 차이에 따라 상기 드라이버(200)의 회전력을 상기 링기어(414)에 전달하거나 상기 링기어(414)의 회전력을 상기 허브쉘(300)에 전달하는 제2출력클러치(430)를 포함하여, 상기 드라이버(200)로 입력되는 회전력을 변속시켜 상기 허브쉘(300)로 출력시키는 변속부(400)와; 변속레버의 조작에 따라 원주방향으로 회전하면서 상기 샤프트(100)의 외주면에 형성된 폴안착부에 위치하는 다수의 폴을 컨트롤하여 상기 태양기어의 회전을 선택적으로 제한하는 원주방향 폴제어부재(510)와, 변속레버의 조작에 따라 축방향으로 이동하면서 상기 드라이버(200)의 내주면에 마련된 폴을 컨트롤하여 상기 드라이버(200)의 회전을 상기 캐리어(413)에 선택적으로 전달시키는 축방향 폴제어부재(520)를 포함하여, 상기 변속부(400)의 변속을 제어하는 제어부(500)로 구성되어, 제품의 상품성을 극대화시키고, 구동 주행 상태에서도 강제 변속 기능을 이용하여 변속레버의 작은 조작력으로도 빠른 변속이 이루어져 변속 정확성을 크게 향상시킬 수 있는 장치에 관한 것이다.

A driveline 1 comprises a transmission 7 having an input shaft 9 and an output shaft 13 as well as an end drive 19 connected to the output shaft of the transmission, which end drive includes a differential 21. The transmission comprises a plurality of switchable gear trains as well as a shift drum 23 which has three cam profiles 25, 27, 29 and three shift forks SOI, S23, S4X provided with cam followers for moving a clutch element for coupling a gear to a shaft present in the transmission. The shift drum 23 further includes a further cam profile 31 and the transmission comprises a further cam follower F4 as well as a locking element which is connected via a gear unit 35 to the further cam follower and locks a driving element 37 in the driveline so that drive shafts connected to the differential are locked against rotation.

An electrically variable transmission includes an input member (22), first and second motor-generators (46, 50) and a gear reduction arrangement (42) including at least a first gear (78) coupled to at least one second gear (86). A first planetary gear set (38) includes a first sun gear (60), a first ring gear (64) and a first carrier (68) rotatably supporting a plurality of pinion gears (72) in meshing engagement with the first sun gear (60) and the first ring gear (64) The first carrier (68) is nonrotatably coupled to the input member. (22) and the first ring gear (64) is coupled to the at least one second gear (86). The first sun gear (60) is nonrotatably coupled to the first motor-generator (46) and the first gear (78) is nonrotatably coupled to the second motor-generator (50). A torque transmitting device (34) is configured to selectively fix rotation of the input member (22) in at least one of a first rotational direction and a second opposite rotational direction.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schaltvorrichtung für ein Doppelkupplungsgetriebe als Geschwindigkeits-Wechselgetriebe für Kraftfahrzeuge, mit zwei koaxial angeordneten Eingangswellen, die über je eine Kupplung (K1, K2) aktivierbar sind, mit einer achsparallelen Abtriebswelle und mit auf den Wellen angeordneten, mittels Synchronkupplungen schaltbaren Zahnradsätzen zur Bildung mehrerer Vorwärtsgänge und eines Rückwärtsganges, wobei die Zahnradsätze in ein Teilgetriebe (A) mit der einen Eingangswelle und in ein Teilgetriebe (B) mit der anderen Eingangswelle aufgeteilt sind. Zur Erzielung einer größeren Getriebespreizung bei einer baulich kompakten Konstruktion wird vorgeschlagen, dass dem Teilgetriebe (A) mit der Eingangs-Hohlwelle (14) ein in zwei Übersetzungsstufen umschaltbares Planetengetriebe (40; 60; 80) vorgeschaltet ist.

A gear assembly for a motor vehicle includes first clutch (40) configured to selectively couple an input shaft (23) to an output shaft (60) and a second clutch (50) configured to selectively couple the input shaft to a planetary gear train (30). When the first clutch is activated and the second clutch is not activated, the input torque is transmitted from the input shaft to the output shaft such that the output torque relative to the input torque is a first gear ratio. When the second clutch is activated and the first clutch is not activated, the input torque is transmitted from the input shaft to the output shaft through the planetary gear train such that the output torque relative to the input torque is a second gear ratio. When neither the first clutch nor the second clutch are activated, the input torque is not transmitted from the input shaft to the output shaft.

A gear assembly includes a ρIanetary gear set and a clutch. The planetary gear set includes a sun gear, at least one planet gear meshing with the sun gear, a carrier supporting the at least one planet gear, and an outer ring gear meshing with the at least one planet gear. The clutch is operable to engage with and disengage from the planetary gear set to enable the planetary gear set to switch between a first mode and a second mode.
