An object of the present invention is to provide an adhesive composition that is substantially odorless and has an extremely good color and excellent adhesive properties or tack at low temperatures of about 5°C and in which deterioration over time caused by heat or light is suppressed. The present invention relates to an adhesive composition comprising a liquid rosin ester compound, the liquid rosin ester compound being obtained by reacting a rosin compound with a C 1-10 monohydric alcohol compound and having a Gardner color of 1 or less, a glass transition temperature of -20°C or less, a degree of esterification of 93 wt% or more, and a ratio (Y'/Y) of the total area of peaks in 16- to 22-min retention time region (Y') to the total area of all the peaks (Y) measured by gas chromatography under the following conditions of 200 ppm or less.

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a means that exhibits excellent heat resistance and mounting reliability when bonding a semiconductor power element to a metal lead frame, which is also free of lead and thereby places little burden on the environment. Namely, it is an electrically conductive composition, which contains at least a sulfide compound represented by R-S-R' (wherein R is an organic group containing at least carbon; R' is an organic group that is the same as or different from R; and R and R' may be bonded to each other to form a so-called cyclic sulfide) and metal particles containing at least Cu, Sn or Ni as its essential component. Further, a conductive paste and a conductive bonding film, each of which are produced using the electrically conductive composition, as well as a dicing die bonding film, which is obtained by bonding the conductive bonding film with an adhesive tape, are provided.

The double-sided adhesive tape (1) includes the adhesive member (2) which is formed in the shape of a film and whose both surfaces in a thickness direction have an adhesive force and a pair of separation films (3) which are arranged so as to sandwich the adhesive member (2) in the thickness direction. The transfer sheet has, in order, a base material film for mold release, a hard coat layer, a primer layer, and an adhesive layer. The weather resistance and adhesiveness of the hard coat layer and the primer layer are improved and hard coat properties and excellent weather resistance can be provided to a resin molded article being the transfer object, as a result of: the hard coat layer being formed from a cured product of a resin composition including a curable resin; and the primer layer being formed from a binder resin including a polyurethane having a mass-average molecular weight of 40,000-100,000 and including 1-30% by mass of an acrylic component.

There are provided a granular adhesive agent including a core portion and a shell portion, wherein the core portion including an adhesive composition and the shell portion is formed from solid particles, and a method for producing a granular adhesive agent. It is preferred that the solid particles include fine particles with a number average particle diameter of less than or equal to 500 µm as the main component. The granular adhesive agent according to the present invention is excellent in handling properties.
