    摘要: Provided are a photocurable resin composition in which curing shrinkage in photo-imprinting is suppressed, and a photocurable resin composition capable of producing by photo-imprinting a structure which has high surface hardness and in which the occurrence of yellowing is suppressed even when irradiated with e.g., ultraviolet ray. The photocurable resin composition for imprinting includes a (meth)acrylic monomer (A) and a photoinitiator (B), wherein the photoinitiator (B) has a combination of an alkylphenone-based photoinitiator (B1) and an acylphosphine oxide-based photoinitiator (B2), wherein a blending weight ratio (B1: B2) of the alkylphenone-based photoinitiator (B1) to the acylphosphine oxide-based photoinitiator (B2) is in the range of 1:99 to 90:10.

    摘要: A flow passage structure is provided with a first lid section and a second lid section which are coupled to the body section in a removable manner. A fluid flow passage includes a plurality of straight flow passages, a first return bend that connects the downstream end of the straight flow passage through which a fluid flows from a second end surface toward a first end surface among the plurality of straight flow passages to the upstream end of the straight flow passage which is disposed at the downstream side of the straight flow passage and is adjacent to the straight flow passage, and a second return bend that connects the downstream end of the straight flow passage through which the fluid flows from the first end surface toward the second end surface among the plurality of straight flow passages to the upstream end of the straight flow passage which is disposed at the downstream side of the straight flow passage and is adjacent to the straight flow passage. The first return bend is opened at the first end surface, and the second return bend is opened at the second end surface. The first lid section is coupled to the body section while contacting the first end surface so as to seal the opening of the first return bend. The second lid section is coupled to the body section while contacting the second end surface so as to seal the opening of the second return bend.

A mount for a tested device may be structured so that: it is suitable for mounting thereon a plurality of differently structured devices; and adjustments in a vertical direction and a horizontal direction in a plane and adjustments of an angle of the device relative to the plane may be easily made.
