    摘要: The invention concerns a biocompatible polymer having a mole weight more than 50000 g/mole, preferably 90000 g/mole for fixing biological ligands comprising at least a first linear segment consisting of a hydrophobic homopolymer derived from polymerisation of a hydrophobic monomer A; a second linear segment consisting of a hydrophilic polymer derived from copolymerisation of a monomer B bearing a reactive function X and a hydrophilic monomer C not bearing any reactive function, said second segment being covalently bound to one end of the first segment.     摘要: The invention concerns a method for isolating at least an analyte (4) in a medium, in which it is distributed, consisting in: (a) providing at least one reagent (3) comprising a free support, in discrete form, exhibiting at least a receptor of the analyte; (b) providing another capture support, the accessible surface of which comprises at least an effective or active zone, of limited surface, exhibiting at least another receptor (10) of an entity to be captured, viz. of said analyte or said receptor; (c) contacting the reagent (3) with a liquid sample obtained from the medium containing the analyte, for forming an intermediate medium comprising, also in discrete form and distributed in said medium, a complex between said support, the receptor and the analyte; (d) contacting the accessible surface of said other support with at least a capture reactant, viz. the reagent that has not reacted during step (c) or the complex, for binding said capture reactant to said accessible surface, and obtaining a concentrated deposit in said effective zone, fixed on said other support by the bond of said other receptor with said receptor or analyte; (e) concentrating the deposit of said capture reactant in said effective zone, by increasing the amount of said reactant per surface unit in said effective zone.
