SOLUTION: The electric vehicle includes: a vehicle body; wheels which are rotatably attached to the vehicle body; an electric motor which generates torque applied to the wheels; a battery mounting part capable of mounting a battery pack originally used for an electric tool; and a circuit unit for supplying electric power to the electric motor from the battery pack attached to the battery mounting part. In the electric vehicle, the battery pack originally used for the electric tool can be used as a power source, and the dedicated battery pack and a charger are not required.     SOLUTION: The motor-assisted bicycle has an electric motor 1 which operates in regenerative state or non-generative state and charges a battery 3 by power generation using kinetic energy of an motor-assisted bicycle in the regenerative state and stops power generation in the non-regenerative state, a speed detection part 5 which detects running speed of the motor-assisted bicycle, and a control means which sets the electric motor 1 in the regenerative state when the running speed detected by the speed detection part 5 is not less than a predetermined speed. The battery is charged by efficiently using running energy of the motor-assisted bicycle, and the running distance is drastically increased. The battery is charged only when running with speed not less than a predetermined speed. Running is assisted by driving force in electric power driving system when running with speed below a predetermined speed, so that running stability in a low speed area is not decreased.

    摘要: PURPOSE:To provide a wheel for a bicycle with an economical solar battery drive part which is modified to a bicycle with an electric motor driven by a solar battery without widely modifying an existing bicycle. CONSTITUTION:A wheel for a bicycle with a solar battery drive part comprises a hub axle 1 removably fixed to the claws of a bicycle frame; and a hub 2 wherein a flange part 15 is formed in an enlarged state in a disc-form state and a rim 3 arranged to the tip of a flame part is arranged at the central part of a bicycle frame. Further, the wheel comprises a bed plate 4 pivotally supported on a hub axle 1 in a state to be positioned facing the disc-shaped flange part 15 of the hub and mounted between claws together with the disc- shaped flange part 15; and a detent part 6 by which a solar battery 8a fixed to the bed plate 4, an electric motor 5 to drive the hub 2 by the solar battery 8a serving as a power source, a storage battery charged with a surplus of the electromotive force of the solar battery 8a and discharging a deficiency, and the bed plate 4 are fixed to a frame.
