Abstract:
The present invention relates to: a sulfonate based-compound; a polymer electrolyte membrane using the same; a membrane electrode assembly including the same; and a fuel cell including the same. The present invention provides the sulfonate-based compound represented by Chemical Formula 1. In Chemical Formula 1, A1 to A4 are same with each other or different from each other and are independently halogen groups. The polymer electrolyte membrane manufactured by using the sulfonate-based compound easily forms a hydrophilic-hydrophobic phase separation structure.

A resist composition according to the present invention includes at least a base resin, a photoacid generator and a solvent, wherein the photoacid generator comprises a fluorine-containing sulfonic acid salt of the following general formula (4). In the formula, X independently represents a hydrogen atom or a fluorine atom; n represents an integer of 1 to 6; R1 represents a hydrogen atom, or an alkyl, alkenyl, oxoalkyl, aryl or aralkyl group; any of hydrogen atoms on carbons in R1 may be substituted with a substituent; R2 represents RAO or RBRCN; and A represents a divalent group. This fluorine-containing sulfonic acid salt can serve as a photoacid generator having high solubility in a resist solvent and thus can suitably be used for a resist composition such that the resist composition shows high resolution, wide DOF, small LER and high sensitivity to form a good pattern shape in lithographic processes.

PURPOSE: A perfluorinated sulfonic salt resin is able to express the high degree of sensitivity, the high resolution, the high reproducibility of mask pattern and the low line edge roughness by regularly including the region that has a mine file generation function and the region in which the solubility to the developing solution is changed by the reaction of acid. CONSTITUTION: A perflorinated sulfonic salt resin has the repetitive unit of following chemical formula 3. In the chemical formula 3, A is hydrogen, fluoride, or trifluoromethyl group, n is integer ranged from 1 to 10, W is a linker with two functional group, R^1 is acid labile group, M^+ is a cation with one functional group. The resist composition includes the perfluorinated sulfonate salt resin and a solvent. A pattern producing method comprises a process that spreads the resist composition on a circuit board; a process that exposes the resist composition in the light after heating treatment; and a process that developes the heated material after treating the light exposed material with heat when it is needed.

Hydrofluoroalkanesulfonates of the general formula R-O-CXH-CX 2-SO3M, where R is selected from the group consisting of alkyl groups, functionalized alkyl groups, and alkenyl groups; X is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen and fluorine with the proviso that at least one X is fluorine; and M is a cation, are made by reacting fluorovinyl ether with aqueous sulfite solution. Organic onium hydrofluoroalkanesulfonates are useful as ionic liquids and photoacid generators.

A vehicle door has a supporting frame (10) substantially in the form of a rectangular annular hat beam (13-16) of high-strength steel, which, with its outer side flange (17), carries the outer panel (28) of the door and has its crown (12) towards the vehicle interior. The lower rear portion of the outer side flange (17) has a bolt 832) arranged to fit in a hole (35) in the pillar (34). In case of a side impact, the bolt will make the pillar participate in the energy absorption. The frame (10) is comparatively shallow and it can therefore have a high yield strength and all the other elements of the door can be mounted on the inside of the frame, which make them easily available for service.
