    Abstract: A control system for a machine is disclosed. The control system may have a power source, an operator input device configured to generate a first signal indicative of a desired mode of power source operation, and a work implement driven by the power source. The control system may also have a controller in communication with the power source and the operator input device. The controller may be configured to classify a currently performed work implement task and select an output map based on the classification of the currently performed work implement task and the first signal. The controller may further be configured to control the power source operation using the output map.

    Abstract: A printed circuit board is disclosed. The printed circuit board comprises a substrate having a top surface and a bottom surface. A ground plane is on the bottom surface. A signal trace is on the top surface along a first direction. At least two isolated power planes are on the top surface adjacent to opposite sides of the signal trace, respectively. A conductive connection along a second direction couples to the two power planes, across the signal trace without electrically connecting to the signal trace, wherein the signal trace doesn't pass over any split of the ground plane.

    Abstract: A machine control system for use with a machine having a power source and a transmission is disclosed. The machine control system may have a clutch configured to connect an output of the power source with an input of the transmission. The machine control system may also have a sensors configured to generate signals indicative of machine operations, and a controller in communication with the clutch and the sensors. The controller may be configured to determine the current machine application based on the signals, and vary an actuating force of the clutch based on the type of machine application.

    Abstract: The air circulation fan associated with a radiator of some machines may include an automatic reversing purge cycle that is utilized to dislodge material from the radiator and/or intake screen of the cooling system housing. The purge cycle is locked out when a person may be in the vicinity of the air intake screen of the machine. A controller determines that a person may be in the vicinity of the air intake screen when the machine is idle stationary, such as by determining that a parking brake is engaged. By locking out the purge cycle during machine idle stationary conditions, the risk of blowing dislodged dirt and/or debris onto a person, who may be servicing the machine or accessing an operator station, can be avoided.

    Abstract: Voltage generating apparatus includes a positive temperature coefficient current generating module, a negative temperature coefficient current generating module, a fine-tune current module and a voltage output module. The function of the positive temperature coefficient current generating module and the negative temperature coefficient current generating module, which take advantage of characteristics of MOS devices operated in the sub-threshold region, is to generate a stable current of positive temperature coefficient and a stable current of negative temperature coefficient, respectively. The current fine-tune module increases or decreases output current of the negative temperature coefficient current generating module. The voltage output module sums two output currents of the positive temperature coefficient current generating module and the negative temperature coefficient current generating module and transforms the total current into output voltage that is stable under temperature and process variation.

    Abstract: A charge pump circuit has input and output nodes, a first transistor, a second transistor, a third transistor, a first capacitor, and a second capacitor. A drain of the first transistor and a drain of the second transistor are connected to the input node. A source of the second transistor and a drain of the third transistor are connected to the output node. The first capacitor is connected to a gate of the second transistor. The third transistor is connected to a substrate and a source of the second transistor. When the first transistor is turned on, a voltage at the input node will charge the first capacitor. When the second transistor is turned on, the third transistor is turned on simultaneously so that the substrate and the source of the second transistor will reach the same voltage level. Then, voltage at the input node will charge the second capacitor.

    Abstract: A current-mode sense amplifier for detecting data stored in a flash memory cell. The sense amplifier has a first current generator for generating a first current to a first circuit according to current flowing out of the memory cell, a second current generator for generating a second current to a second circuit according to current flowing out of a reference cell, and a switch. When the switch is on and a common node of the first circuit and the second circuit is floating, the first and second circuits will generate equal initial voltages. When the switch is off and the common node of the first and second circuits is grounded, one of the initial voltages will increase, and the other initial voltage will decrease.
