Abstract:
A method to determine the magnitude MA of a signal component with frequency ωA from a set of N digital samples of an input signal acquired at a sampling rate R, said input signal having a discrete spectral representation having n bins with frequencies ω1, . . . , ωn and corresponding magnitudes M1, . . . , Mn, the spectral representation being derivable from the input signal using a transform, involving choosing an extraction bin with index kε[1, . . . , n] and frequency ωk≠ωA from the spectral representation; determining a magnitude Mk of this extraction bin; determining an allocation factor indicating a portion Mks of a sinusoidal signal with frequency ωA and unity magnitude that is allocated to the extraction bin when the transform is applied to the sinusoidal signal to generate a spectral representation out of the sinusoidal signal; and determining the magnitude MA of the signal component from the magnitude Mk of the bin in combination with the factor.

A fuse link used in alternate current medium- or high-voltage systems with a current frequency of 50 Hz includes a spring-type striker pin and is designed for the protection of electrical devices against consequences of short circuits and overloads. A porcelain housing with a star-core, external end caps closed by plugs, star-core end caps with a ring-shaped first tap designed to ensure electric contact between the star-core end cap and the external end cap of the fuse link is also included. A spring-type striker pin is positioned along the axis of the star-core. Each of the end caps of the star-core is provided with an additional second tap designed to centre the star-core relative to the axis of the fuse link. The spring-type striker pin is centred along the longitudinal axis of the fuse link.

Abstract:
The present invention is concerned with a method of distance protection of parallel transmission lines applicable both to series compensated and uncompensated electric power lines, using a distance relay. The method is characterized in that a pair of flags (ff1, ff2) are calculated for indication faulted and healthy circuits in parallel lines and in the same time a flag (Internal_Fault) for indication internal or external fault in parallel lines is calculated independently. Next gathering all calculated flags (ff1, ff2, Internal_Fault) an analyze of the value of these flags are performed and depending on the values of flags (ff1, ff2, Internal_Fault) and on their reciprocal relationship, a trip permission signal from the protection relay (4) is released and sent to the alarms devices or to the line breakers, or a block signal from the protection relay (4) is generated and sent to protect parallel lines before damage.

Abstract:
Exemplary embodiments provide a substrate for mounting multiple power transistors. The substrate has a first metallization on which the power transistors are mountable with an associated collector or emitter, and which extends in at least one line on the substrate. A second metallization extends in an area next to the at least one line of the first metallization, for connection to the remaining ones of the emitters or collectors of the power transistors. A third metallization allows connection to gate contact pads of the power transistors. The third metallization includes a gate contact and at least two gate metallization areas, which are interconnectable. The gate metallization areas are arranged in parallel to the at least one line and spaced apart in a longitudinal direction of the at least one line. At least one gate metallization area is provided as a gate island surrounded on the substrate by the second metallization.
Abstract:
A computer-implemented system and method for operating mobile automated workstations in a workspace including a workpiece is disclosed. A computer device defines an exclusionary volume having an outer exclusionary surface at least partially surrounding a mobile workstation that is operably disposed in the workspace. The computer device receives data from at least one sensor and determines the location of the workstation and humans within the workspace based on the data. The computer device activates an indicator and alters the motion of the workstation after detection of a human breaching the exclusionary volume or exclusionary surface.
