    摘要: To provide a power converter and a breaking mechanism which can break a DC current and can suppress that a fused material scatter to other circuits at fusing, in the case the breaking mechanism of excess current is formed by a circuit pattern of a circuit board. A breaking mechanism is formed by a multilayer circuit board, and is provided with one or two fuse patterns which fuse when excessive current flows, and a scattering prevention pattern, wherein the one or two fuse patterns are provided in an inner layer, and wherein the scattering prevention pattern is provided in a layer different from the one or the two fuse patterns, and overlaps with at least a part of a fusing part of each of the one or two fuse patterns, viewing in a normal direction of a circuit board face.

    摘要: A surge protective device (SPD) module includes a module housing, first and second module electrical terminals mounted on the module housing, an overvoltage clamping element electrically connected between the first and second module electrical terminals, and a thermal disconnector mechanism. The thermal disconnector mechanism is positioned in a ready configuration, wherein the overvoltage clamping element is electrically connected with the second module electrical terminal. The thermal disconnector mechanism is repositionable to electrically disconnect the overvoltage clamping element from the second module electrical terminal. The thermal disconnector mechanism includes: an electrode electrically connected to the overvoltage clamping element; a disconnect spring elastically deflected and electrically connected to the electrode in the ready configuration; a solder securing the disconnect spring in electrical connection with the electrode in the ready configuration; and a heat sink member thermally interposed between the electrode and the solder, the heat sink member having a thermal capacity. The solder is meltable in response to overheating of the overvoltage clamping element. The disconnect spring is configured to electrically disconnect the overvoltage clamping element from the second module electrical terminal when the solder is melted. The thermal capacity of the heat sink member buffers and dissipates heat from the overvoltage clamping element to prevent the solder from melting in response to at least some surge currents through the SPD module.

    摘要: The present invention provides a shielded connector that can reduce the entire size thereof while preventing an increase in the number of components. A shielding shell includes a shell body provided to an outer side of a housing, and a thermally conductive holding member that supports an insulating container portion of a fuse, so the heat generated by the fuse is dissipated to outside, thereby reducing the space between the housing and the fuse and reducing the entire size of the shielded connector. Also, the shielding shell functions as both a heat dissipation member and a magnetic shield, thus, an increase in the number of components can be prevented.

    摘要: A fuse link used in alternate current medium- or high-voltage systems with a current frequency of 50 Hz includes a spring-type striker pin and is designed for the protection of electrical devices against consequences of short circuits and overloads. A porcelain housing with a star-core, external end caps closed by plugs, star-core end caps with a ring-shaped first tap designed to ensure electric contact between the star-core end cap and the external end cap of the fuse link is also included. A spring-type striker pin is positioned along the axis of the star-core. Each of the end caps of the star-core is provided with an additional second tap designed to centre the star-core relative to the axis of the fuse link. The spring-type striker pin is centred along the longitudinal axis of the fuse link.

    摘要: A resistor device can be cheaply produced without a troublesome processing and without a complicated manufacturing process, obtaining a construction which has a stable efficiency. The resistor body 24 which can change a resistance value by selecting a plurality of end portions is clamped between a pair of the insulation sheets 31a, 31b. Moreover, both of these insulation sheets 31a, 31b are clamped between a pair of cover plates 32a, 32b.     摘要: A bracket for fuse holders includes heat sink fins for cooling the fuse holders. The bracket has a main body conforming to the shape of the fuse holders and mounting members or feet which can be attached, using self-clinching nuts, to a printed circuit board on which the fuse holders are mounted. The heat sink is formed of fins attached to the main body. When space is limited, the fins preferably have a rectangular U-shape to provide increased cooling area. The main body provides structural rigidity to prevent the fuse holders from being dislodged due to torquing of the fuse holder caps.
