摘要: Disclosed are a method and apparatus for reusing wastewater. The method for reusing wastewater disclosed herein includes: generating a mixed wastewater by mixing multiple types of wastewater (S20); performing a first purification by passing the mixed wastewater through a flocculation-sedimentation unit (S40); performing a second purification by passing an effluent of the flocculation-sedimentation unit through a membrane bioreactor (MBR) (S60); performing a third purification by passing an effluent of the MBR through a reverse-osmosis membrane unit (S80); and reusing an effluent of the reverse-osmosis membrane unit as cooling water or industrial water (S100).

摘要: A method of removing fluoride ion from waste liquid is provided, which includes providing a calcium source and a plurality of ceramic particles to a waste liquid containing fluoride ion for forming a plurality of calcium fluoride layers wrapping the ceramic particles. The calcium fluoride layers are connected to form a calcium fluoride bulk. The ceramic particles are embedded in the calcium fluoride bulk. The ceramic particles and the calcium fluoride bulk have a weight ratio of 1:4 to 1:20.

摘要: A method and an apparatus for recovery and deep treatment of a polluted acid. The method comprises the following main steps: (1) selectively adsorbing rare and noble metals, such as rhenium, selenium and the like; (2) separating copper from arsenic to recover the copper; (3) carrying out efficient vulcanization to perform deep arsenic removal; (4) carrying out electrodialysis to pre-concentrate acid; (5) evaporating and concentrating the acid; (6) carrying out an air-stripping method to remove fluorine and chlorine. The polluted acid treatment apparatus mainly comprises a precision filtering tank, a special adsorbing tank, a copper-arsenic separation device, a vulcanization device, an electrodialysis device, an evaporative concentration device, and an air-stripping device. The method and the apparatus can implement efficient recovery of valuable elements in polluted acid wastewater and separate treatment harmful elements, has obvious economical, social and environmental benefits, and has wide application prospects.

摘要: In particular, in alternative embodiments, the invention provides for a method to recover silicofluoride and phosphate species from wastewaters, or barometric condenser waters, that are typically utilized in wet-process phosphoric acid facilities. The species are recovered via a continuous ion exchange approach that allows for economic recovery of the materials and especially with the silicofluoride component allows for the production of valuable industrial materials such as hydrofluoric acid and other fluoride salts as well as industrial-grade precipitated silica materials. Return of the treated waste water to the phos-acid plant allows for optimization of reagent usage.

The method includes preparing a coating paste includes: 10-50 weight % of carbon having a specific surface area of at least 500 m2/g; 0.3-5 weight % of a binder; 10-50 weight % based on the total paste of a first solvent having a first boiling point; and 10-50 weight % based on the total paste of a second solvent having a second boiling point. The method further includes applying the coating paste on a current collector; and allowing the second solvent in the coating paste applied on the current collector to evaporate at a temperature lower than the first boiling point.

摘要: A system and method for isolating and analyzing a water sample in a water processing facility are disclosed. The system uses a chamber for receiving and isolating the water sample from the main water treatment process. An optical detector views and characterizes the particles in a region of the chamber. An analyzer coupled to the optical detector compares the characterized suspended particles at a first time and at with the characterized suspended particles at a second time to produce a report showing suspended particle size as a function of time.
