摘要: This invention relates to a support pad formed of a shock absorbing material capable of absorbing energy resulting from vibration and gravitational forces acting on a battery disposed in engagement with the support pad and, correspondingly, transferring gravitational forces that occur along a z-axis resulting from up and down movement of the battery and dispersing these gravitation forces along an x-axis, a y-axis and the z-axis so as to reduce the impact shock on the battery by between about 65% to about 80% and, in doing so, prolonging the performance and life-cycle of the battery.

The other of the case and the holder supports the first protruding portion in a state of being in contact with a distal end portion of the first protruding portion, and includes three or more second protruding portions that are elastically deformable. The three or more second protruding portions surround the first protruding portion in plan view viewed along an extending direction of a virtual line.

摘要: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to the technical field of batteries, in particular, to a protection board, a battery and an electronic device. The protection board includes a protection board body and a flexible circuit board connected in sequence, where a puller assembly is provided on an end of the flexible circuit board away from the protection board body. In the present disclosure, since the puller assembly is arranged on the protection board, by means of directly grabbing the puller assembly, the battery can be disassembled or replaced, which avoids a safety risk of cracking of or damage to the flexible circuit board and thus seriously affecting the safety performance and service life of the battery due to directly taking the flexible circuit board with hands or devices.

The electronics compartment cover has a first transparent material configured to transmit the first laser emission toward the first protruding shelf and the cell receptacle region cover has a second transparent material configured to transmit the first laser emission or a second laser emission toward the second protruding shelf.

摘要: The present invention refers to a battery module comprising a plurality of battery cells, each battery cell including a first terminal and a second terminal spaced apart and electrically isolated from one another, a housing including an upper housing part and a lower housing part assembled together to completely surround the plurality of battery cells, and a plurality of bus bars integrated in the upper housing part, wherein each of the plurality of bus bars is connected to one of the first and second terminals of at least two battery cells. The present invention further refers to a method of manufacturing the battery module, which is fast and easy and has a high tolerance for fluctuations in the battery cells height.
