摘要: An image processing method may be applied to a movable platform, and the movable platform may comprise a first vision sensor and a second vision sensor. The method may include obtaining a first localized image of the first vision sensor within an overlapping visual range, obtaining a second localized image of the second vision sensor within the overlapping visual range; acquiring an image captured by the first vision sensor at a first moment and an image captured at a second moment, the first vision sensor being positioned in space at the first moment differently than at the second moment; and determining a relative positional relationship between an object in the space where the movable platform is located and the movable platform based on the first localized image, the second localized image, the image captured at the first moment and the image captured at the second moment.

摘要: Systems and methods are disclosed for circular stitching of images. For example, methods may include accessing a first image captured using a first image sensor; accessing a second image captured using a second image sensor; determining a cost table for a circular stitching boundary that includes overlapping regions of the first image and the second image; determining an extended disparity profile based on a periodic extension of the cost table and a smoothness criterion, wherein the extended disparity profile has a length greater than the width of the cost table; determining a binocular disparity profile of a length equal to the width of the cost table based on a contiguous subsequence of the extended disparity profile; and stitching the first image and the second image using the binocular disparity profile to obtain a combined image.

摘要: Various implementations disclosed herein improve the appearance of captured video by accounting for motion-induced blur, noise, lighting, and/or other factors related to the appearance of video captured by rotating or otherwise moving wearable electronic device. Some implementations reduce or eliminate camera motion blur during video capture by dynamically adjusting the exposure used to capture the video based on user motion. For example, exposure may be reduced to reduce the amount of blur during motion. Since such a reduced exposure captures a lesser amount of light, gain may be increased such that the captured video maintains a relatively constant image brightness in spite of the changing exposure over time.

摘要: A machine vision-based method and system for locating an object within a scene are provided. The method includes uniformly illuminating a target surface of the object within the scene with light having an intensity within a relatively narrow range of wavelengths such that the light overwhelms the intensity of ambient light within the narrow range to obtain reflected, backscattered illumination. The method also includes sensing brightness of the surface due to a diffuse component of the backscattered illumination to obtain brightness information. Backscattered illumination from the target surface is inspected to obtain geometric information. Rotationally and positionally invariant surface albedo of the object is computed based on the brightness and geometric information. The surface albedo and the geometric information may then be used by a matching algorithm.

摘要: Calibration target(s) are mounted on a vehicle including a plurality of cameras. The calibration targets are in the field of view of the cameras. The calibration targets are sometimes LED or IR illumined targets. The targets in some embodiments are shielded to block light from oncoming cars and/or to block driver view of the target to reduce the risk of driver distraction. The cameras capture images at the same time. Calibration operations are then performed using the target or targets included in the captured images as a known visual reference of a known shape. size and/or having a known image pattern. Calibration parameters including parameters providing information about the location and/or spatial positions of the cameras with respect to each other and/or the target are generated from the captured images. Distance to objects in the environment which are included in the captured images are then determined.

摘要: A three-dimensional measurement method combines the three-step phase shift method to embed the marker line information into the sinusoidal stripe pattern to obtain the target stripe pattern. The target stripe pattern is projected onto the surface of the object to be measured, and the wrapped phase image, mean intensity image and modulated intensity image of the stripe pattern collected by the left and right cameras are solved. The mask image according to the mean intensity image and modulation intensity image is solved to extract the marker line. The spatial phase unwrapping starting from the marker line in the wrapped phase image is performed to obtain the spatial phase. The spatial phase matching based on the unique correspondence between the left and right cameras based on the spatial phase of the marker line is performed, the best matching point of the right camera is obtained.
