摘要： Novel materials and devices can remove small defects from long rolls of flexible electronics material while they are in continuous motion. The cleaning materials are designed to remove small particles without transferring defects or damaging the flexible electronics. The device generally consists of variable speed, motor-driven cylinders mounted on moveable brackets. The cylinders are capable of matching the speed of the cleaning material such that the cleaning material is always in contact with the web roll to be cleaned. The brackets are capable of rotating so the same material can be used more than once. Another material is used to remove debris from the cleaning material. A similar device consisting of motor-driven cylinders and moveable is used to apply the debris removal film to the cleaning film, allowing the cleaning film to be used multiple times.

The composition for surface treatment contains a nonionic water-soluble polymer (A) having a main chain including only a carbon atom or a main chain consisting of a carbon atom and a nitrogen atom, and an anionic water-soluble polymer (B) having a main chain including only a carbon atom and a side chain having a sulfonic acid group or a group having a salt thereof or a carboxyl group or a group having a salt thereof, and being bonded to the main chain including only a carbon atom, and the composition is used for surface treatment of a polished object to be polished containing a silicon-silicon bond and a nitrogen-silicon bond and a pH of the composition is less than 9.0.

摘要： The present invention provides a hydrophilicity-restoring agent for removing inorganic matter from a hydrophilic surface whose hydrophilicity has been reduced by the adhesion of the inorganic matter to thereby restore the hydrophilicity of the hydrophilic surface, and provides a method for restoring the hydrophilicity of a hydrophilic surface using the hydrophilicity-restoring agent. A gel of a hydrophilicity-restoring agent is prepared by mixing a thickener such as polyethylene glycol and xanthan gum with an aqueous solution in which a ligand such as citric acid to form a chelate complex is dissolved. The hydrophilicity of the hydrophilic surface is restored by applying the hydrophilicity-restoring agent to the hydrophilic surface with a reduced hydrophilicity and removing the hydrophilicity-restoring agent after an appropriate lapse of time.

The beads impart, to a user applying the cleansing composition with hand rubbing force, perceivable tactility for a limited predetermined duration that corresponds to a minimum adequate cleansing time period. In accordance with another embodiment of the present invention, the personal cleansing composition further includes a second plurality of beads entrained in the carrier. The second plurality of beads imparts to the user a perceivable change in color for the cleansing composition for a second limited predetermined duration that is substantially equal to the duration that the tactility imparted by the first plurality of beads is perceivable to the user.
