Abstract:
A method of fabricating an organic thin film transistor is provided. The method includes forming a source, a drain and a gate on a substrate and forming a dielectric layer to isolate the gate from the source and isolate the gate from the drain. An organic active material layer is formed on the substrate to fill a channel region between the source and the drain and cover the source and the drain. A barrier material layer is formed on the organic active material layer. Thereafter, the barrier material layer and the organic active material layer are patterned to form a barrier layer and an organic active layer and expose the source and the drain.
Abstract:
A resistive circuit includes a first terminal and a second terminal and polycrystalline first and second resistive segments coupled between the first and second terminals. A third terminal A is coupled to the first resistive segment, and a third terminal B is coupled to the second resistive segment. The third terminal A has a first voltage with respect to the first terminal, and the third terminal B has a second voltage with respect to the second terminal. With this arrangement, the non-linearity of resistance of the first resistive segment at least partially compensates for non-linearity of resistance of the second resistive segment.
Abstract:
The present invention discloses a method and system for testing a dryer, which applies to test a dryer outputting hot air from an outlet to fill a drying space and evaluate the drying efficiency of the dryer. In the method of the present invention, a test pattern is arranged inside the drying space of the dryer, and an initial water content is added to the surface of the test pattern; next, the dryer is turned on to output hot air to the drying space to begin the test; during the test, the test pattern is moved inside the drying space to have a displacement travel; then, a drying loss and a drying test time is obtained and used to calculate the drying efficiency of the dryer. Therefore, the present invention simulates the behavior of a subject in using a dryer to attain an accurate drying efficiency of the dryer.
Abstract:
A sensing multi-stage control system for hand dryers aims to be installed in a lavatory and energized by electric power to generate heat and airflow to dry human hands to improve shortcomings of conventional hand dryers that cannot control airflow amount and temperature level. The hand dryer according to the invention includes a heater, a fan motor and a detection unit. The detection unit has at least two sets of sensors located at an air outlet of the hand dryer and is electrically connected to a control circuit which starts, stops and controls the heater and fan motor at a desired temperature level and rotation speed to form the sensing multi-stage control system. The control circuit, incorporating with the sensors and a comparison and logic processor to process signals, can provide multi-stage control of the temperature level of the heater and rotation speed of the fan motor.
Abstract:
An antenna is connected to a connector disclosed in the present disclosure, and the connector has a clamping slot adapted to fix a radio remote unit (RRU). A clamping slot tight side may be set on the connector to fasten the RRU, and an RRU fastening hole may be set on the connector to fasten the RRU. An RF apparatus integrated with a connector is also disclosed. According to the present disclosure, the antenna and the RRU are fixed to the connector. This makes it unnecessary to provide additional spaces and supports for installing the RRU. Hence, the RRU can be installed in a proper position and the installation costs can be reduced. In addition, the distance between the antenna and the RRU is shortened. Thus, the cable (when necessary) between the antenna and the RRU is shorter than that in the prior art. This greatly reduces signal transmission losses.
