摘要: This invention relates generally to the field of cell separation or isolation. In particular, the invention provides a method for separating cells, which method comprises: a) selectively staining cells to be separated with a dye so that there is a sufficient difference in a separable property of differentially stained cells; and b) separating said differentially stained cells via said separable property. Preferably, the separable property is dielectrophoretic property of the differentially stained cells and the differentially stained cells are separated or isolated via dielectrophoresis. Methods for separating various types of cells in blood samples are also provided. Centrifuge tubes useful in density gradient centrifugation and dielectrophoresis isolation devices useful for separating or isolating various types of cells are further provided.

摘要: Provides methods for tracing and identifying a piracy in a wireless rights management system, wherein the content provider allow the protected digital content to be super-distributed, when unauthorized holding a pirated copy of the protected digital content is detected, based on the gateway controlling ability of the wireless operator within the wireless digital rights management system, a specific fingerprint is embedded in or removed from the protected digital content so as to trace the suspected persons and further identify the pirate. The fingerprint is related to information of a suspected person holding the protected digital content without authorization. A process of screening singles out highly suspected persons. Therefore the operator can determine whether the suspected person is a real pirate by comparing the similarity of the pirated version of content and the version held by the suspected person, and the exact tracing and identifying is achieved.

摘要: A composition suitable for tantalum chemical-mechanical polishing (CMP) comprises an abrasive, an organic oxidizer, and a liquid carrier therefor. The organic oxidizer has a standard redox potential (E0) of not more than about 0.5 V relative to a standard hydrogen electrode. The oxidized form comprises at least one pi-conjugated ring, which includes at least one heteroatom directly attached to the ring. The heteroatom can be a N, O, S or a combination thereof. In a method embodiment, a CMP composition comprising an abrasive, and organic oxidizer having an E0 of not more than about 0.7 V relative to a standard hydrogen electrode, and a liquid carrier therefor, is utilized to polish a tantalum-containing surface of a substrate, by abrading the surface of the substrate with the composition, preferably with the aid of a polishing pad.
