Abstract: A power meter includes a sampling circuit configured to initially make electrical measurements of a unit under test at a first sampling frequency. The power meter includes an adaptive circuit. The power meter includes an accumulator configured to accumulate electrical measurements of the unit under test from the sampling circuit. After a change in sampling frequency from the first sampling frequency to a second sampling frequency, the sampling circuit makes second electrical measurements at the second sampling frequency. The adaptive circuit is configured to adjust the second electrical measurements from the sampling circuit according to a factor. The factor is based on a relationship between the first sampling frequency and the second sampling frequency. The adjustment yields adjusted second electrical measurements. The accumulator is further configured to accumulate the adjusted second electrical measurements.

Abstract: Apparatuses and methods related to a converter are disclosed. An apparatus includes a converter and a controller. The converter converts an input voltage potential to an output voltage potential. The input voltage potential and the output voltage potential include direct current (DC) voltage potentials. The controller generates pulse width modulation (PWM) signals responsive to a duty cycle control signal, controls the converter via the PWM signals in a buck mode when the duty cycle control signal is less than a predetermined maximum buck value, and controls the converter via the PWM signals in a cascaded buck-boost mode (CBB mode) when the duty cycle control signal is greater than the predetermined maximum buck value. A duty cycle of at least a portion of the PWM signals transitions linearly with the duty cycle control signal from the buck mode to the CBB mode.

Abstract: Various methods relate to digital demodulation for wireless power transmission. A method of operating a wireless power transmitter includes transmitting, with a transmitter coil of a wireless power transmitter, power to a receiver coil of a wireless power receiver. The method also includes sampling one or more electrical signals of the wireless power transmitter. The one or more electrical signals are modulated responsive to alteration of electrical conditions at the wireless power receiver. The method further includes digitally demodulating the sampled one or more electrical signals using a digital filter to obtain a communication from the wireless power receiver. The digital filter includes at least two low pass filter stages that each filter out a fundamental frequency used for the transmission of the power to the receiver coil.

And more specifically, to changing a shape of a reference signal based on a change to a sampling rate made to compensate for foreign noise.

A physical layer device of the network node is configured to implement a physical level collision avoidance (PLCA) sublayer. The at least one event may include at least one of an amount of data stored in a first-in-first-out (FIFO) buffer of the node being at least a threshold amount, and a received packet being a precision time protocol (PTP) packet incurring variable delay. The method may further include emulating a collision at the node in response to the at least one detected event.
