摘要: An image filter circuit generates unsharp image signals to subject image signals to a dodging treatment which adjusts areas of exposure over an entire image within an image processing apparatus for image processing the image signals. The circuit includes an IIR type filter for carrying out a filtering treatment to generate the unsharp image signals. It further includes a FIFO type field memory for delaying image signals which are not subjected to the filtering treatment at the hR filter for a time corresponding to the delay time of image signals which have been subjected to the filtering treatment at the IIR type filter. The image filter circuit, which obtains the unsharp image signals corresponding to an unsharp mask for obtaining a dodging effect, can be made small in size with a simplified circuit arrangement.

摘要: A print system is provided with an order receiving device, a frame reproducing device and a printing device. The order receiving device acquires a time stamp of a frame to be printed during producing a photo movie. The frame reproducing device reproduces the frame to be printed by re-editing a still image in higher quality then when producing the frame based on a scenario after specifying the scenario corresponding to the time stamp. The printing device prints the reproduced frame of high quality. In the order receiving device, a photo movie is produced and displayed on a monitor for access of a client to designate the frame to be printed by using an operation section.

摘要: An editing condition input screen of an image editing program is provided with a selecting button for selecting a basic scenario of a photo movie and a still image to be a material and is also provided with each button for performing priority designation for the image desired to be displayed by priority among the selected image and for performing key image designation. Further, a notable person designation button for performing notable person designation is provided. The image editing program, on the basis of such inputted editing conditions, evaluates and narrows down the material to produce the photo movie. By inputting the editing conditions, time assigned for a selected image within the photo movie becomes long and the selected image is repeatedly displayed, therefore the photo movie obtains a plot and a quality of the photo movie can be improved.

摘要: A shared vehicle system includes a central facility, at least one vehicle distribution port facility and a plurality or fleet of vehicles, each having a vehicle subsystem. In general, the central station and port facility and the vehicle subsystems communicate in a manner to allow a user to enter information at a port facility. That information is then communicated to the central facility, where the information is processed to select a vehicle from the fleet to allocate to the user at the port facility. Selection of a vehicle for allocation to a user may be based on selecting an available or soon to be available vehicle according to various algorithms that take into account the vehicles state of charge. The central station also communicates with the port facility and the vehicle subsystem to notify the user of the selected vehicle, to provide secure user access to the selected vehicle, to monitor the location and operating status of vehicles in the fleet, to monitor the state of charge of electric vehicles and to provide other functions. The vehicles communicate with the central station to notify the central station of the PIN number of the individual attempting to use the vehicle, and of vehicle parameters such as state of charge and location of the vehicle.

摘要: The invention relates to a motor comprising a stator core having plural teeth and slots provided among the teeth, a winding applied on the teeth by a single turn, and a rotor incorporating plural permanent magnets, which is rotated and driven by utilizing reluctance torque in addition to magnet torque. By turning thus divided teeth by a single winding, the occupation rate of the winding in the slots can be raised. As a result, a motor of small size and large output can be presented.

摘要: An image reading apparatus is provided which is capable of correctly reproducing a read image, by correcting variation in read data derived from variation in light intensity and variation in sensitivity, using reading means capable of logarithmic conversion such as an LOG CCD. As variation in read data caused by insufficient light intensity in a shade region of an original is corrected, even when there is a shade in an original image having halftone gradation, satisfactory image reproduction is possible. Since variation in read data caused by insufficient light intensity at the time of zooming is corrected, image quality is not degraded even when electrical zooming is performed. Further, variation in read data caused by fluctuation in light intensity, variation in photosensitivity and types of original is corrected, AD conversion with uniform resolution is possible even when output levels differ because of light distribution variation of a light source or variation in sensitivity of sensors.

摘要: In the exhaust gas purifying catalyst (3), palladium is contained as a catalytic component and cerium oxide and (Ce, Pr) compound oxide is contained as a promoter. Now, the weight ratio of cerium oxide to (Ce, Pr) compound oxide is set between 9/1 and 7/3, and the ratio of praseodymium to cerium in the (Ce, Pr) compound oxide is set between 3 mol % and 50 mol %. In this way, because in this exhaust gas purifying catalyst (3), palladium with high low-temperature activity is used for a catalytic component, the exhaust gas purifying performance at low temperature is improved. And because cerium oxide and (Ce, Pr) compound oxide improves catalytic activity of palladium at high temperature, the exhaust gas purifying performance at high temperature, in particular, NOx purifying performance, is improved.
