摘要： The invention is intended to provide a downhill speed control system which employs a method of setting a target vehicle speed in advance, thereby improving controllability when a vehicle runs down a slope, and giving an operator improved operability in setting of the target vehicle speed. Brakes are controlled so that, when the vehicle runs down the slope, an actual vehicle speed is matched with a target speed set by a switch which can set the target speed by selectively or continuously changing plural preset speeds. Also, control constants for PID control are modified depending on settings of a downslope gradient setting switch and a load setting switch. When an acceleration computed from the actual vehicle speed is larger than a target acceleration, the strength of applied brake is increased.

摘要： A rotation force transmitter and a rotation force transmission mechanism are provided, which are light-weight and suppresses vibrations in the perimeter and radial directions. A junction flywheel, which is a rotation force transmitter, includes a pulley portion, a hub portion and elastic structures. An inside perimeter of the pulley portion and an outside perimeter of the hub portion are connected by the plurality of elastic structures absorbing vibrations in the perimeter direction and in the radial direction. The elastic structure has an annular member, and the annular member absorbs vibrations and torque fluctuations in the perimeter direction and in the radial direction transmitted from a rotation driving source such as a motor. Therefore, vibrations and torque fluctuations are prevented from being transmitted to a driven flywheel which is a rotated member provided with a rotation force by the motor.

Then, a growth suppressing material layer is formed on the AlN layer so that the AlN layer is partially exposed to the outside. Then, group III nitride compound semiconductor layers are grown on the AlN layer and on the growth suppressing material layer by execution of an epitaxial lateral overgrowth method. Thus, a group III nitride compound semiconductor device is produced. An undercoat layer having convex portions each shaped like a truncated hexagonal pyramid is formed on a substrate. Group III nitride compound semiconductor layers having a device function are laminated successively on the undercoat layer.
