摘要: Soymilk and tofu manufacturing method increases a ratio of fine soymilk particles to provide soymilk and tofu that have no grassy smell and are excellent in the taste and flavor, especially in the rich and milky taste. Raw material soybeans are dipped in softened water and ground while softened water is being added. Soy pulp thereof is separated to obtain soymilk. A high temperature, reduced pressure treatment is applied wherein the soymilk is first heated to 120 to 150° C. and then the pressure is reduced to −0.05 to −0.08 MPa. Thereafter, a high pressure treatment is applied wherein a double tube type heating device is employed, the soymilk flows within an inner tube and heating medium flows in a space between the inner tube and outer tube and the soymilk is treated under a pressure of 5 to 15 MPa and a temperature of 70 to 100° C. Or, a high pressure homogenizer is used and the soymilk is treated under a pressure of 20 to 150 MPa and a temperature of 70 to 80° C.

摘要: A method for the production of a cast article having a small hole comprises the steps of setting a linear core member in a cavity of a metal mold, injecting a molten metal into the cavity, and drawing out the core member from the resultant cast product to form a small hole. A linear core member having a surface film formed by surface coating or by subjecting to a surface treatment is used so that the surface film is partly or as a whole peeled off the linear core member upon drawing it from the cast product, thereby enabling the core member to be drawn from the inside of the cast product. Alternatively, the linear core member is so constructed as to elastically deform in the drawing direction upon drawing it from the cast product to have a diameter smaller than the original diameter.

摘要: A method and apparatus including a facsimile server for a local area network (LAN) configured to automatically transmit information including client addresses to facsimile terminals on public telephone networks. The facsimile server includes a memory configured to store an address list, entries in which contain a calling number, a local number, and a user name, each specifying a same information processing apparatus (e.g., client) on the LAN. The facsimile server is configured to respond to a request for sending the address list. When a source facsimile terminal sends image information to a client of the facsimile server without specifying a calling number for the client, the facsimile server detects that the calling number is missed and automatically sends the address list back to the facsimile terminal so that the facsimile terminal can properly retransmit the image information for a second time while identifying the client in the second transmission.

摘要: A device for separating a transfer paper, onto which a toner image has been electrostatically transferred from the surface of a photosensitive member, from the surface of the photosensitive member. A separator roller made of an electrically conducting material is disposed close to the photosensitive member. A spacer assures that an appropriate gap is maintained between the photosensitive member and the separator roller. A voltage source which applies an AC voltage or a pulse voltage to the separator roller. The frequency of the applied voltage is selected to be from 200 Hz to 1 KHz or at 20 KHz or higher, and the voltage level can be controlled as a function of the separator roller temperature and/or moisture level or humidity.

摘要: In a semiconductor integrated circuit comprising an array of memory cells of floating gate type MOS transistors, an insulating film is formed on the top surface and the side walls of the gate electrode portion. The insulating films on the side walls serve as an offset region of a channel contacting with the drain region. The side end portions of the drain region, contacting the channel region has a lower impurity concentration than the remaining portion of the drain region. A conductive layer covers the surface of the drain region and at least the insulating films on the side walls of the gate electrode, which upstands above both ends of the drain region. A metal interconnection layer is deposited on the conductive layer. In a method of manufacturing a semiconductor integrated circuit, an array of memory cells each comprising a floating gate type MOS transistor is formed on a semiconductor substrate, insulating films are fomred on the top surface and the side walls of a gate electrode portion located above both ends of a drain region of the transistor. A conductive film covering the surface of the drain region and at least the insulating films is formed on the side walls of the gate electrode located above both ends of the drain region. An interlayer insulating film is formed over the entire major surface of the structure. A contact hole is formed by selectively etching the interlayer insulating film with a stopper of the conductive film. Finally a metal interconnection pattern is formed on the substrate containing the contact hole.
