摘要： An optical measuring apparatus and method for a stereoscopic display device are capable of measuring optical characteristics of the stereoscopic display device. The optical measuring apparatus includes a test image supplier for generating a 3D test signal, a 3D display for displaying left-eye image and/or right-eye image based on the 3D test signal supplied from the test image supplier, an image selection member for selectively transmitting the left-eye image and right-eye image to be displayed on the 3D display, and a light measuring device that measures luminance of the image transmitted via the image selection member and calculates 3D image crosstalk of the left eye image and the right eye image based on the measured luminance.

A memory device may include: a memory cell array including a plurality of memory cells; a programming unit configured to apply a plurality of pulses corresponding to a program voltage to a gate terminal of each of the plurality of memory cells, and to apply a program condition voltage to a bit line connected with a memory cell having a threshold voltage lower than a verification voltage from among the plurality of memory cells; and a control unit configured to increase the program voltage during a first time interval by a first increment for each pulse, and to increase the program voltage during a second time interval by a second increment for each pulse. Through this, it may be possible to reduce a width of a distribution of threshold voltages of a memory cell.

摘要： The present invention is an edge grip aligner with buffering capabilities and a method for increasing the throughput of wafers through the device. According to one embodiment, the present invention has first and second buffer arms, and a chuck arm. A workpiece can be aligned while supported on the chuck arm. Once the workpiece is aligned, the chuck arm transfers the workpiece to the buffer arms so that a second workpiece can be aligned on the chuck arm. While the second workpiece is being aligned, an end effector can transfer the first workpiece away from the buffer arms and retrieve another workpiece to place upon the chuck arm.
