    摘要: A photosensitive sheet favorably employable for covering a pixel sheet is composed mainly of a support and a photosensitive colored resin layer containing a dye whose color disappears by application of heat or light. The coverage of the pixel sheet can be performed by combining the pixel sheet and the photosensitive sheet which has been examined for checking evenness of the surface of the colored resin layer under the condition that the pixels are brought into contact with the colored resin layer to give a combined body; separating the support of the photosensitive sheet from the combined body, leaving the colored resin layer on the pixel sheet; exposing to light the photosensitive colored resin layer on the pixel sheet so as to cure the photosensitive colored resin layer and possibly to make the resin layer colorless; and heating the light-exposed colored resin layer so that the colored resin layer is made colorless or the curing further proceeds.

    摘要: A method for forming a light shielding pattern on a substrate having a picture element pattern on its front including picture elements which have a single color or plural colors and do not contact each other includes.(1) forming a photopolymerizable light shielding material layer on the front of a substrate having picture element pattern including picture elements having a single color or plural colors,(2) overall exposing from the back of the substrate,(3) exposing the photopolymerizable light shielding material layer through a mask which is light transmissive at portions corresponding to the periphery of the picture elements of the picture element pattern formed on the substrate and at portions at which no picture element is present,(4) developing the photopolymerizable light shielding material to form the light shielding pattern, and(5) subjecting the light shielding pattern formed to a side etching to remove any portion of the light shielding pattern, which overlaps with the picture elements wherein step (2) is carried out after step (1) and before step (5).

    摘要: The photopolymerizable resin material of the present invention includes (1) a support, (2) a water soluble intermediate layer of 0.1 to 50 .mu.m in thickness superposed on the support and (3) a photopolymerizable resin layer superposed on the intermediate layer which contains at least one carboxyl group-containing binder in an amount of from 40 to 90% by weight based on the solid content in the photopolymerizable resin layer, wherein the intermediate layer includes a cellulose derivative which has a polymerization degree of from 20 to 1,000 and is selected from the group consisting of an aqueous alkali solution soluble hydroxyalkyl cellulose, carboxyalkyl cellulose and cellulose ether. The present invention is also directed to a process for preparing a printed circuit which includes laminating the photopolymerizable material on a board, peeling off the support and then effecting pattern exposure and development.

    摘要: A method of producing a polychromatic colored image with clear fine patterns, comprising the steps of:(a) contacting a light-sensitive colored resin layer, provided on a temporary support transmissive of ultraviolet rays with an adhesive layer provided on a permanent support;(b) imagewise exposing the light-sensitive colored resin layer to a pattern through the temporary support;(c) peeling the temporary support from the imagewise exposed resin layer;(d) developing the imagewise exposed colored resin layer to form a colored resin pattern on the adhesive layer;(e) embedding the colored resin pattern into the surface of the adhesive layer by applying pressure through a material having a surface energy lower than that of both the colored resin pattern and the adhesive layer;(f) contacting a light-sensitive resin layer of another image-forming material colored in a tint different from resin layers previously formed on the adhesive layer with the adhesive layer; and(g) repeating the exposure, development and embedding steps as described above; and(h) repeating these processes until the desired number of colored patterns are formed and embedded in the adhesive layer.
