    摘要： An information processing apparatus including: a first recording medium which stores a first program; a connection section which is capable of connecting to a second recording medium outside of the information processing apparatus; an instruction input section to input, while the information processing apparatus is in an activated state, an instruction for booting a second program stored in the second recording medium that is connected to the connection section on booting of the BIOS; and a controller which, performs a check when booting of a BIOS, if the second recording medium is connected and the instruction has been input while the information processing apparatus is in an activated state; in case when the second recording medium is connected and the instruction has been input is confirmed, the control section boots the second program; and in case when it is not confirmed, the control section boots the first program.

    摘要： Provided is an annealing apparatus, which is free from a problem of reduced light energy efficiency resulted by the reduction of light emission amount due to a heat generation and capable of maintaining stable performance. The apparatus includes: a processing chamber 1 for accommodating a wafer W; heating sources 17a and 17b including LEDs 33 and facing the surface of the wafer W to irradiate light on the wafer W; light-transmitting members 18a and 18b arranged in alignment with the heating sources 17a and 17b to transmit the light emitted from the LEDs 33; cooling members 4a and 4b supporting the light-transmitting members 18a and 18b at opposite side to the processing chamber 1 to make direct contact with the heating sources 17a and 17b and made of a material of high thermal conductivity; and a cooling mechanism for cooling the cooling members 4a and 4b with a coolant.

    摘要： In order to enable an user to uninstall multiple device drivers that are required by a single multifunction device all at once, an uninstall system creates during installation an installer registry for the multifunction device that is different from a system registry. Data specifying the multiple related device drivers, such as a scanner driver, printer driver, and fax driver, is stored in association with each other in this installer registry, enabling the multiple device drivers to be easily identified and uninstalled together. Further, by displaying a list dialog box, the user can indicate specific device(s) for which the multiple device drivers are to be uninstalled.
