    摘要: A communication apparatus that encrypts a plurality of pieces that constitute a part of data and transmits the encrypted pieces stores an encrypted piece that is one of the pieces encrypted by another communication apparatus, and first decryption key information used for decrypting the encrypted piece, while keeping the encrypted piece and the first decryption key information in correspondence with each other. Further, the communication apparatus generates temporary information that can be different at each time of generation, further performs an encrypting process on the encrypted piece based on the temporary information, and outputs a new encrypted piece. The communication apparatus transmits the new encrypted piece, the first decryption key information that is stored in correspondence with the encrypted piece, and second decryption key information used for decrypting the encrypting process.

    摘要: According to an embodiment, a control device includes a receiving unit, a judging unit, an estimating unit, a deciding unit, a directing unit, and a sending unit. The receiving unit is configured to receive an interrupt request requesting a processing device that includes elements capable of being individually subjected to voltage control to execute an interrupt process. The judging unit is configured to judge a state of the elements. The estimating unit is configured to estimate a start-up time for the element to change into an operating mode after power is supplied. The deciding unit is configured to decide a starting point in time at which power supply is to be started on basis of a difference in the start-up times between the elements. The directing unit is configured to direct a power supply unit for supplying power to the elements. The sending unit is configured to send the interrupt request.

An updated image data generator generates updated image data that represents an updated image of an updated region of the image. A compressor compresses the updated image data. A transmitter stores the updated image data that is compressed by the compressor. An updated image data storage stores the updated image data. A transmission result storage stores transmission result data that includes quality information and time information, the quality information relating to an image quality, the time information indicating when the updated image data is generated. A transmission data selector selects the updated image data stored in the updated image data storage, and sets the image quality of the updated image data selected, according to the transmission result data stored in the transmission result storage.
