    摘要: Provided is an image processing device capable of performing appropriate noise reduction without causing blurring of edges and details of the image. The image processing device: specifies, on a normal distribution representing a noise model of the image, a reference range having a value of a target pixel as a median; computes, with respect to a local region that is an image region containing the target pixel, the number of pixels having a value falling within a first sub-range of the reference range and the number of pixels having a value falling within a second sub-range of the reference range, the first sub-range corresponding to larger values than the median and the second sub-range corresponding to smaller values than the median; corrects one of the first sub-range and the second sub-range so that one of the sub-ranges in which a fewer number of pixels are distributed than in the other sub-range is narrower relative to the other sub-range; determines a selection range that is composed of the one of the first sub-range and the second sub-range as corrected and the other one of the first sub-range and the second sub-range as is; and performs noise reduction on an image region subjected to noise reduction and at least containing the local region by using values falling within the selection range from among the values of the respective pixels contained in the target region.

    摘要: An exhaust gas post-treatment system for a vehicle is provided, which in the course of regeneration ascertains whether or not there is any object approaching a body of the vehicle from behind. A filter is arranged in an exhaust passage of an engine to trap PM therein. A trapped and deposited PM amount sensing device senses a deposited amount of PM deposited in the filter. A fuel injector burns and removes PM deposited in the filter to conduct regeneration of the filter. A rearward monitoring camera monitors a scene rearward of a vehicle body. A display module displays monitoring information from the rearward monitoring camera, and a controller having a regeneration processing unit executes control processing to actuate the fuel injector and to perform regeneration. The controller includes a display continuation processing unit for executing control processing such that during the regeneration by the fuel injector, the monitoring information from the rearward monitoring camera is continuously displayed on a display screen of the display module.

    摘要: In a method for growing a silicon single crystal, a silicon single crystal is grown by the Czochralski method to have an oxygen concentration of 12×1017 to 18×1017 atoms/cm3 on ASTM-F121 1979. A mixed gas of an inert gas and a gaseous substance containing hydrogen atoms is used as an atmospheric gas for growing the single crystal. A temperature of the silicon single crystal is controlled during the growth of the crystal such that the ratio Gc/Ge of an axial thermal gradient Gc at the central portion of the crystal between its melting point and its temperature of 1350° C. to an axial thermal gradient Ge at the periphery of the crystal between its melting point and its temperature of 1350° C. is 1.1 to 1.4. The axial thermal gradient Gc at the central portion of the crystal is 3.0 to 3.5° C./mm.
