摘要: A method may include displaying to a user an interface at which the user inputs a fear of hypoglycemia index (FHI), the FHI corresponding to an acceptable probability of a blood glucose level being below a threshold blood glucose level. The method may also include receiving blood glucose data for a person with diabetes (PWD). The method may additionally include calculating a probability of the PWD having a blood glucose level below the threshold blood glucose level based on the variability of the received blood glucose data. The method may also include setting one or more target blood glucose levels to align the probability of the PWD having a blood glucose level below the threshold blood glucose level with the acceptable probability associated with the user input FHI. The method may additionally include delivering insulin, using the insulin delivery device, based on the target blood glucose level.

摘要: The disclosed systems and methods provide an efficient solution to manage the entries of versioned libraries. A method includes receiving a request to modify an entry corresponding to a numerically-versioned library or a related master. The method includes obtaining a first snapshot record for the entry corresponding to the library or the master. The method includes receiving user changes to data of the entry. The method also includes generating a second snapshot record for the entry. The second snapshot record capturing the user changes and having an assigned second plurality of version identification values. The method further includes updating the first plurality of version identification values of the first snapshot record based on assigned values of the second plurality of version identification values of the second snapshot record. The first and second plurality of version identification values indicating that the first snapshot record precedes the second snapshot record.

摘要: Devices, systems, and methods for implementing operational setting profiles for modular energy systems are disclosed herein. In some aspects, a modular energy system can include an energy module, a memory, and a display screen. The energy module can include a plurality of ports. The memory can include profiles including operational settings implementable by the modular energy system. The display screen can be configured to render a graphical user interface (GUI). The GUI can be configured to display a plurality of widgets corresponding to the ports and display a window configured to allow a user to select from the plurality of profiles comprised in the memory. Based on the user selecting one of the profiles, the GUI can populate the widgets with information related to the configuration of operational settings of the profile.

The device includes one or more arterial sensors configured to obtain arterial measurements at two or more elevations. The device additionally includes one or more processors configured to determine one or more calibration parameters for a first blood pressure model based on the arterial measurements and a hydrostatic pressure difference between at least two of the elevations. The processors also are configured to determine a first blood pressure based on the first blood pressure model, the calibration parameters and the arterial measurements. The processors also are configured to determine a second blood pressure based in part on a second blood pressure model, one or more calibration parameters and the arterial measurements. The processors are further configured to provide a final blood pressure based on the first and second blood pressures.

摘要: Systems and methods described provide dynamic and intelligent ways to change the required level of user interaction during use of a monitoring device. The systems and methods generally relate to real time switching between a first or initial mode of user interaction and a second or new mode of user interaction. In some cases, the switching will be automatic and transparent to the user, and in other cases user notification may occur. The mode switching generally affects the user's interaction with the device, and not just internal processing. The mode switching may relate to calibration modes, data transmission modes, control modes, or the like.
