According to a method of manufacturing the flat fiber-reinforced plastic strand 2, (a) a twisted resin-impregnated strand f2 in an uncured state, the strand including a plurality of reinforcing fibers f, is fed in a state of tension between a pair of heated steel belts 41A and 41B facing each other and making rotation movements; and (b) the resin-impregnated strand f2 is sandwiched and heated by the steel belts 41A and 41B, and pressurized from both sides of the strand f2 to form a cross section of the strand into a flat shape, and, with the shape being kept, a resin is cured and cooled.

    摘要: A device for producing a composite fiber material in the form of a fiber band impregnated with a polymer includes a transport device for supplying and for transporting a fiber band along a processing path. To preheat the raw fiber band to a processing temperature a preheating device is used. An application device is used for applying the melted polymer on the whole width onto the surface of the raw fiber band. At least one pressure shearing vibration application device is used to apply pressure to the raw fiber band perpendicular to the band plane after the application of the polymer, where the application of pressure is performed by at least one pressure stamp with the simultaneous shearing vibration of the pressure stamp by a vibration movement component (y) in the band plane and transversely to a band running direction. At least one tempering device is used to keep the raw fiber band within a processing temperature range. This results in a production method and a production device with a predefined impregnating quality at the lowest possible production cost.

The method may also include applying a sizing composition to the unsized fibers to form a plurality of sized fibers, where the sizing composition includes a first polymerization agent for polymerizing caprolactam. The method may further include weaving the plurality of sized fibers into a fabric. Another step may include melting a reactive resin composition to form a melted reactive resin composition, where the reactive resin composition may include caprolactam. The melted reactive resin composition may be applied to the fabric. The method may further include heating the fabric and the melted reactive resin composition to a polymerization temperature, where the caprolactam polymerizes to form a fiber-resin amalgam including a polyamide. Another step may be to form the fiber-resin amalgam into the fiber-containing prepreg.

    摘要: The invention relates to a method of producing rectifier parts which are made from a laminate composite material comprising reinforcing fibers that are embedded in a heat-polymerized polyimide resin matrix. The aforementioned parts comprise an inner platform, an outer platform and at least one solid blade which connects said platforms. The invention is characterised in that it comprises the following steps consisting in: a) producing the essential parts of the platforms, blades and the blade/platform connecting zones as separate structural elements, by stacking or winding layers of reinforcing fibers which have been impregnated with resin and which are used to form said structural elements, with the exception of the outer layers which form at least the boundary wall of the gas stream through the rectifier; b) imidizing separate structural elements; c) assembling said separate imidized structural elements; d) adding the outer layers of reinforcing fibers which have been impregnated with resin in order to form the part; e) placing the part thus produced in a mould/counter-mould employing compression polymerization; and f) polymerizing the part by subjecting same to compressive stresses.
