    Abstract: Provided is an internal combustion engine having an oil circulating structure wherein oil used to lubricate valve operating members in the cylinder head drops onto an oil pan, and the oil accumulated therein is drawn up to the cylinder head again. Each on corners of the squire bottom face inside the cylinder head of the internal combustion engine, an oil dropping hole is provided to allow the oil used to lubricate valve operating members to flow thereinto. Also provided is an oil channel communicating with one or more of the oil dropping hole at the bottom thereof to guide the oil toward the driving gear transmitting the driving force of the engine.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a fluid pumping device and a horizontal compressor. The fluid pumping device comprises a pump structure in the form of an internal-meshing gear pump and is provided with first and second pump members, a pump housing structure for accommodating the pump structure, and at least two suction paths and/or at least two discharge paths. Suction and compression cavities are defined between the first and second pump members; the at least two suction paths are configured to rotate with the pump structure, and a fluid can be sucked into the suction cavity via the at least two suction paths respectively; and the at least two discharge paths are configured to rotate with the pump structure, and the compressed fluid can be discharged from the fluid pumping device via the discharge paths respectively. The fluid pumping device is assembled in the horizontal compressor.

    Abstract: The internal combustion engine includes a second separator, a connection pipe, and a pressure sensor. Inside the second separator, a main chamber located in the cylinder head cover, and a first sub-chamber and a second sub-chamber located in a joint portion located outside the cylinder head cover are formed. The first sub-chamber and the second sub-chamber are partitioned by partition walls. A communication hole connecting the first sub-chamber and the second sub-chamber is formed in the partition wall. The first sub-chamber is connected to the main chamber via a throttle portion. A first connection port connected to the first sub-chamber and a second connection port connected to the second sub-chamber are formed in the joint portion. The first connection port is connected to the intake passage via a connection pipe. The second connection port is connected to the pressure sensor.

    Abstract: A pump device includes a housing, a pump element, and an on-off valve. The housing includes a suction passage defining a suction port at an upstream end, a discharge passage defining a discharge port at a downstream end, and a return passage returning a part of a fluid flowing through the discharge passage to midway of the suction passage. The pump element is accommodated in the housing and rotates around a predetermined axis to suck, pressurize, and discharge a fluid. The on-off valve opens and closes the return passage. In the suction passage upstream of an opening at which the return passage is opened to the suction passage, the housing includes a directional wall which directs a flow of a suction fluid sucked into the suction passage from the suction port to divert from a flow of a return fluid returned from the return passage.
