    摘要: A device for inductive energy transfer between a stationary three-phase primary system and a mobile three-phase secondary system shows a stationary iron core part and two mobile iron core parts (3, 5) which are connected electrically in series are each designed as an equilateral triangle or as a star which spans an equilateral triangle and has limbs (3a, 3b, 3c; 5a, 5b, 5c) of equal length which run at the same angle in relation to one another, and supporting posts (3a′, 3b′, 3c′; 5a′, 5b′, 5c′) which start from the ends of said limbs, and also primary and secondary windings (4, 6) which are arranged at the same distance from one another. The device of simple design has a high degree of efficiency in respect of energy transfer. In the case of energy transfer only in the inoperative state, a stationary iron core part and a mobile iron core part can also be positioned directly one on the other without magnetic rails.

    摘要: A monitoring system for an electric vehicle that draws current from a conductor is provided. The monitoring system includes a plurality of sensor modules distributed at spaced intervals throughout a conducting block of a current collector. The conducting block contacts the conductor in operation of the vehicle. Each sensor module comprises a strain sensor configured to output a first optical signal that reflects changes in strain and temperature of the conducting block and a strain-isolated temperature sensor that is configured to output a second optical signal that reflects changes in temperature of the conducting block. The monitoring system also includes an optical source for illuminating each sensor module and an optical signal interpretation module configured to receive first and second optical signals from each said sensor module. The optical signal interpretation module is configured to determine, from the optical signals, a temperature-independent strain measurement for each said sensor module.

    摘要: A simulation system for a current collecting surface of a C-shaped contact rail includes a double-headed rail and a limiting plate. A current collecting end surface of the double-headed rail has a same current collection area as an actual C-shaped contact rail. The limiting plate matches the inner contour of the C-shaped contact rail. A constructed test line can simulate the current collecting status of the C-shaped contact rail. The limiting plate and the existing double-headed rail are combined, and compared with reproduction of the C-shaped contact rail, the manufacturing cycle is short, the costs are low, and it is applicable to the test line.

    摘要: A system for tracking a position of a cable attached between a power source and a machine in a worksite is disclosed. The cable is further coupled to a guiding device located in the worksite between the power source and the machine. The system includes a perception module disposed on the machine to detect a location of the guiding device. The system further includes a controller disposed to be in communication with the perception module. The controller determines the location of the guiding device with respect to a location of the machine and determines a distance between the guiding device and the machine. The controller further compares the distance with a first threshold distance and a second threshold distance and generates a warning if the distance is greater than the first threshold distance or smaller than the second threshold distance.

    摘要: An arrangement for providing a vehicle with electric energy, including a receiving device adapted to receive an alternating electromagnetic field and to produce an alternating electric current by magnetic induction, a plurality of phase lines adapted to carry a different phase current of the alternating electric current. Each phase line forms at least two coils. Each coil includes at least one turn of the phase line. The turn of any one of the coils including only one turn is turned around a central axis of the coil. The turns of any one of the coils including more than one turn are consecutive sections of the phase line turned around a central axis of the coil. The at least two coils of each phase line are located next to each other so as to form a sequence of coils.

A processor is responsive to the image capture arrangement for computing a depth range of the contact region between the electrical conductors relative to a first image capture device of the image capture arrangement and determining if an arcing candidate appears within the computed depth range for the first image capture device of the image capture arrangement and at least one further image capture device of the image capture arrangement and, if it does, flagging the candidate as arcing at the contact region.
