Present invention relates to exterior facing panels for outer walls of the buildings comprising plural panels, each of the panels comprising a top face; side faces connected to said top face and bent downwardly from the edge of the top face; inward-bent end portions connected to said side faces and bent inwardly to the panel in substantially right angle with respect to said side faces, and said inward-bent end portions supporting and holding an adiabatic materials filed with the panels, engaging holes extending laterally across some parts of the side faces in a manner that the adjacent engaging holes of the adjacent side faces of the adjacent panels do not face oppositely with each other; and a clip having a claw for engaging with said engaging hole, a holding portion for engaging with said inward-bent end portion of the panel, a connecting portion for connecting the clip with a frame which are used for structurally holding and supporting the exterior facing panels, and an adiabatic plate attached to bottom of said connecting portion for preventing heat or cold from transferring between said panels and frames. Preferably, in the inward-bent exterior facing panels, size of the claw of the clip inserted into the corresponding engaging hole is smaller than that of said corresponding engaging hole.

In mounting an external wallboard formed from a material containing cement, a plurality of spacers are adhered to a plurality of wall backings each formed of steel or wood, respectively. Each spacer has through holes or concavities. The external wallboard is applied to be fixed by screws or nails to the wall backings. Each screw or nail extends through the corresponding through hole or concavity such that each screw or nail is allowed to be inclined in a space defined by the corresponding through hole or concavity. This construction permits displacement of the external wallboard relative to the wall backings, preventing occurrence of cracks in the external wallboard.

A fastening system for laths made of wood or similar material, serving to form a floor. The system makes it possible to fasten the laths so that they are juxtaposed without damaging them by using tongues in which bearings, provided with teeth, have been stamped. These tongues are placed on the subfloor and are either fastened directly, or secured in place by gravity using flexible rubber supports and alignment laths securing them at an equal distance from one another, thereby not damaging the subflooring. This fastening system makes it possible to easily install and remove laths and is very well adapted for its use with prevarnished wooden laths.

An earthquake, fire and wind resistant pre-fabricated building panel comprises a plurality of frame members. The frame members are connected together to form a frame lying in a frame plane, the frame defining a perimeter of the panel, the perimeter bounding an interior portion of the panel. At least some of the frame members are biased inwardly, generally in the frame plane, towards the interior portion of the panel. A first solidified castable substance is cast in the interior portion of the frame, between the frame members. A three-dimensional structure such as a house is formed by connecting the panels together. The connections absorb and distribute seismic forces to the entire three-dimensional structure and the biased frame members act to absorb residual seismic forces reaching the individual panels. The castable substance and biased frame members permit the panel to withstand both positive and negative loading and render the panel fire resistant.
