    摘要： The present invention concerns a process for manufacturing facing panels in composite material (1) which can be applied to structural and not structural walls, to ceilings, to mobile or fixed surfaces, both inner and external of buildings, enclosures or other structures, mainly, but not exclusively, in home-building field or be used as separate and independent walls too. The invention further concerns the panel (1) built through this process. It allows to make decorative, facing and insulating panels (1) whose thickness changes according to the kind of material (3), which basically reproduce any natural materials, such as stone(s) (14), rock(s), marble, wood and not, for example bricks (15) or other finishes with random shapes at variable height differences (5) in plane or curved surfaces, reducing costs and laying time with great flexibility and easy of use.

    摘要： A method for manufacturing conductive plates, applicable for covering floors or walls, a conductive plate and an injecting machine is provided. The method comprises a) carrying out a polymer concrete mixture or mortar, b) introducing said mortar in a hollow mold with a shape of one of said plates to be obtained when said mortar solidifies, c) making at least one through hole through said mortar deposited in said mold, and d) injecting an electrically conductive ink in said hole, which is at least one in number. A second aspect of the invention relates to a conductive plate manufactured in accordance with the method. A third aspect of the invention relates to an ink injecting machine which can be used to carry out part of the method proposed by the first aspect of the invention.

    摘要： A method of manufacturing a prefabricated precast riser module, where the required forms that are used in casting the modules are reusable and need not to be transported to the construction site. Each precast riser assembly is finished having brick facings. Brick facings are applied to the vertical surfaces of the precast riser. They are: the commonly used stretcher course and row lock course. A Rebar reinforcing rod is imbedded in the concrete mixture, which will strengthen the assembly to prevent damage when being transported on site. This added strengthening would also allow for minor misalignments during the assembly phase. These novel concrete brick faced modules can be assembled by inexperienced craftsmen, and when completed, will give the appearance of a handcrafted riser that was constructed by professional masonry craftsmen using brick and sandstone.

    摘要： A decorative aggregate-containing cementitious slurry having decorative aggregate and cementitious matrix composition forms a monolithic structure when effectively applied to a freshly poured cementitious base and simultaneously cured therewith. The slurry and the base are cured for a time sufficient for producing the monolithic structure with a decorative aggregate-containing cementitious surface. The slurry produces a decorative aggregate-containing cementitious layer having a cured thickness effective for permanently securing the decorative aggregate therein with a portion of the decorative aggregate exposed. Various decorative surfaces are produced without requiring expensive hand broadcasting of the decorative aggregate, and without expensive surface grinding. Dry components of the slurry are decorative aggregate and decorative cementitious matrix blend. The blend at least has between about 50% and about 79% blended quartzitic silica, between about 20% and about 35% Portland cement, silica fume up to about 5%, and optionally up to about 8% Class C-like fly ash.
