摘要: A turbocharger having a turbine housing with an integral EGR conduit is disclosed. The turbine includes a turbine wheel attached to a turbine shaft and rotatably disposed in a turbine housing having a turbine volute conduit having a turbine inlet passage fluidly coupled to a turbine volute conduit having a turbine volute passage and a turbine volute inlet and an EGR conduit having an EGR passage, the EGR passage having an EGR conduit inlet, the EGR conduit inlet disposed on the turbine inlet conduit. The turbine inlet conduit is configured for fluid communication of a first portion of an exhaust gas flow received from an engine to the turbine wheel. The EGR conduit is configured for fluid communication of a second portion of the exhaust gas flow to an engine intake manifold.

摘要: An apparatus, system and method for pumping gaseous fluid are described. The centrifugal pump of the invention homogenizes at least a portion of the gas and liquid contained in produced well fluid thereby improving the efficiency of the pump in electric submersible pump (ESP) applications and decreasing the downtime of the ESP system. The impeller of the invention comprises an increased inlet area. The centrifugal pump of the invention comprises a single shroud located on the bottom side of an impeller, an increased inlet area of the impeller and an increased clearance gap between the impeller and a diffuser. One or more truncated vanes extend substantially upstream from the single shroud, wherein each truncated vane sits at a mid-pitch location between untruncated vanes starting from the bottom side of the impeller.

摘要: In one embodiment, a turbomachine for imparting energy to a multiphase fluid is provided. The turbomachine comprises a casing having an inlet and an outlet; an axial stage part comprising at least one axial stage; a mixed-flow stage part comprising at least one mixed-flow stage fluidly connected to the axial stage part; and a centrifugal stage part comprising at least one centrifugal stage fluidly connected to the mixed-flow stage part. The axial stage is defined by an angle between an axial impeller outlet flow and an axis parallel to a rotational axis of the shaft having a value between 0° and 5°, the mixed-flow stage by an angle having a value between 5° and 80°, and the centrifugal stage by an angle having a value between 80° and 90°.

摘要: A gas compression system and a method of flow conditioning by a gas compression system are provided. A gas compression system includes a compact flow conditioner in a form of a flow conditioner tank and a combined multi-phase pump and compressor unit comprising an impeller configured to compress a mixture of gas and liquid, wherein the gas compression system is configured such that the gas and the liquid are separated in the flow conditioner tank, the separated gas and liquid are sucked up through the separate gas and liquid pipes and re-mixed again upstream of the impeller, and the liquid is distributed in a gas flow by Venturi effect, and wherein the Venturi effect is obtained by a constriction in the outlet pipe to the impeller, just upstream of the impeller.

摘要: A combined multi-phase pump and compressor unit and a gas compression system are provided. The combined multi-phase pump and compressor unit functions on a centrifugal principle for transporting liquid and gas from a flow conditioner to a remote multi-phase receiving plant, wherein a rotating separator separates liquid and gas upstream of a compressor part of the combined multi-phase pump and compressor unit, wherein the separated liquid is collected in a rotating annulus in such a way that the liquid is given kinetic energy which is converted to pressure energy in a static system, and wherein the pressurized liquid bypasses the compressor part of the combined multi-phase pump and compressor unit, and then is re-mixed with the gas downstream of the combined multi-phase pump and compressor unit.

摘要: A turbine engine component includes a first surface to be cooled by a flow of cooling air. The first surface includes a pedestal array and a first row of contour bumps. The pedestal array includes first and second rows of pedestals extending from the first surface. The second row of pedestals runs in a direction generally parallel to the first row of pedestals. The first row of contour bumps extends from the first surface between the first row of pedestals and the second row of pedestals and runs parallel to the first row of pedestals. The first row of contour bumps is aligned such that at least one of the contour bumps of the first row of contour bumps is positioned at least one of immediately downstream of a pedestal of the first row of pedestals and immediately upstream of a pedestal of the second row of pedestals.

摘要: An aromatic nebulizing diffuser includes a base panel, a holder defining therein an oscillation chamber, a power switch, an electric fan, a fluid container, an ultrasonic oscillator, a fluid intake control device set in between the oscillation chamber and the fluid container, a dip tube in communication between the oscillation chamber and the fluid container and changeable between an open status and a close status to control the fluid intake control device in closing/opening the passage between the oscillation chamber and the fluid container, an outer housing, an air passage in air communication between the oscillation chamber and the cover for the passing of currents of air caused by the electric fan, an exhaust passage for guiding a generated fine mist of aromatic fluid droplets out of the oscillation chamber into the atmosphere.
