摘要： A method for improving wear control in an engine or other mechanical component lubricated with a lubricating oil by using as the lubricating oil a formulated oil. The formulated oil has a composition including a lubricating oil base stock as a major component, and encapsulated boron-containing microscale particles, as a minor component. The minor component preferably contains no metal or sulfur, and preferably no phosphorus. The encapsulated boron-containing microscale particles include an encapsulating material and a boron-containing compound encapsulated by the encapsulating material. The boron-containing compound is a boron oxide, a boric acid, or mixtures thereof. The encapsulating material is a carboxylic acid selected from an aliphatic carboxylic acid, a cycloaliphatic carboxylic acid, an aromatic carboxylic acid, and mixtures thereof. The lubricating oils are useful in internal combustion engines.

摘要： A scrubbing apparatus for scrubbing debris off a surface comprises a handle having a grip area on a first end, a support extension extending from the handle from a second end and a receiver for a bottle cap at a distal end of the support extension. The apparatus uses recycled bottle caps as a scraping or scrubbing surface. The apparatus gives the user a mechanical advantage over trying to grasp a bottle cap for the same use. The apparatus allows the user to get their hand a safer distance from a rough, dirty, wet, hot or cold surface while scraping or scrubbing the surface.

摘要： A weapon holder device is provided for releasably securing a variety of hunting weapons to a variety of tree stands. The device includes two weapon clamps made of an elastomeric material which secure a variety of hunting weapons on their longitudinal ends, and two brackets which rotatably attach the weapon clamps to two split-clamps. The split-clamps form a semi-permanent interference fit around a variety of tree stand frame members such that the weapon may be transported through rugged wilderness and during a hunter's ascent and descent of a tree, while maintaining hunter safety and protecting the weapon from damage.

摘要： Human antibodies, preferably recombinant human antibodies, that specifically bind to human tumor necrosis factor α (hTNFα) are disclosed. These antibodies have high affinity for hTNFα (e.g., Kd=10−8 M or less), a slow off rate for hTNFα dissociation (e.g., Koff=10−3 sec−1 or less) and neutralize hTNFα activity in vitro and in vivo. An antibody of the invention can be a full-length antibody or an antigen-binding portion thereof. The antibodies, or antibody portions, of the invention are useful for detecting hTNFα and for inhibiting hTNFα activity, e.g., in a human subject suffering from a disorder in which hTNFα activity is detrimental. Nucleic acids, vectors and host cells for expressing the recombinant human antibodies of the invention, and methods of synthesizing the recombinant human antibodies, are also encompassed by the invention.
