摘要: A computer input device includes a body and a trace-detecting module coupled to the body. The body has a micro control unit (MCU), and the trace-detecting module has at least a light pervious area, and a trace-detecting unit. The trace-detecting unit further has at least a light source and a sensor. The sensor senses a reflected light beam caused by movement of a user's digit movement on the light pervious area at a velocity which can be sensed by the sensor. If the velocity exceeds a threshold stored in the MCU, the MCU executes automatically scrolling.

摘要: The present invention relates to an active radar system and a corresponding method. The proposed system comprises at least two transmit antennas that each transmits radiation to a scene as a transmit signal, said transmit signal comprising a series of frequency modulated pulses, at least one receive antenna that receives radiation from said scene as a receive signal, a controller that controls said at least two transmit antennas. The transmissions of the transmit signals are subsequently initiated with time offsets, controlled to be larger than the time delay between transmission of a first transmit signal of said two transmit signals and reception of radiation of said first transmit signal by said at least one receive antenna and to be smaller than the time duration of a complete frequency modulated pulse of said first transmit signal.

摘要: A method of forming a field effect transistor having a heavily doped p-type (110) semiconductor layer over a metal substrate starts with providing a heavily doped p-type (110) silicon layer, and forming a lightly doped p-type (110) silicon layer on the P heavily doped-type (110) silicon layer. The method also includes forming a p-channel MOSFET which has a channel region along a (110) crystalline plane in the lightly doped p-type (110) silicon layer to allow a current conduction in a direction. The p-channel MOSFET also includes a gate dielectric layer having a high dielectric constant material lining the (110) crystalline plane. The method further includes forming a top conductor layer overlying the lightly doped p-type (110) silicon layer and a bottom conductor layer underlying the heavily doped p-type (110) silicon layer. A current conduction from the top conductor layer to the bottom conductor layer is characterized by a hole mobility along a crystalline orientation and on a (110) crystalline plane.

The video content has a plurality of segments, each segment of which is associated with a category from the plurality of categories. Furthermore, each advertisement in the first list of advertisements is associated with a video category from a plurality of categories, and electronically filtering includes filtering the first list of advertisements for the plurality of video segments on a segment by segment basis. The method further includes transmitting the second list of advertisements to a user device for insertion with the video content.
