Abstract: Systems and methods for a media content system. A media content provider includes storage for storing and serving video content to subscribers. The media content provider records and or otherwise stores video content from around the world. The system includes display devices configured to identify and tailor content to multiple individual users. Each user may have individual settings which provide for a customized viewing environment and experience. The system is configured to identify users of the system in order to tailor the content as appropriate. In addition, identification of users allows for the identification of the subscription content that corresponds to the user. Based upon identification of a user and corresponding subscription, the user's subscription content may be streamed to any location. In this manner, the users subscribed content may follow the user from home to a friend's house, or elsewhere.

Abstract: Embodiments are described herein for transferring a subscriber identity module (SIM) or electronic SIM (eSIM) profile securely from a source device to a target device with verifiable signatures generated by secure hardware elements of the source device contingent on receipt of a secure intent gesture. Trustworthiness of the profile transfer is based on a mobile network operator (MNO) entitlement server releasing a transfer token after verification of a message signed by an embedded universal integrated circuit card (eUICC) of the source device. The eUICC signs the message only after verifying a message from a secure enclave processor (SEP) of the source device that signs the message based on receipt of the secure intent gesture via a secure interface. To validate communication between the SEP and the eUICC, an asymmetric cryptographic key pair generated by the SEP is bound to a unique eUICC identifier (EID) value of the eUICC.

Abstract: Techniques are disclosed for transmitting an announcement to one or more devices. In one example, a first device receives a first message that includes an announcement, the announcement associated with a voice that spoke the announcement. The first device may determine the announcement from the first message, and then identify one or more devices for receiving the announcement. The one or more devices may have a particular device type of a plurality of different device types comprising at least a mobile device. The first device may then transmit a second message to the one or more devices for presentation of the announcement by the one or more devices.

Abstract: An integrated accessory control system can integrate functionality (services) of multiple disparate accessories and provide a unified user interface for interacting with the system via a controller device. An integrated accessory control system can include one accessory that can detect an event or action and send a notification to the controller device and at least one other accessory, such as an Internet Protocol (IP) camera, that can be operated in response to the notification. In response to the notification, a controller device can generate an integrated user interface for interacting with the accessories in the integrated accessory control system. The interface can include a live feed from the IP camera, which can provide a media stream responsive to instructions from the controller.

Abstract: A device with a display and a touch-sensitive surface displays a user interface including an object. While displaying the user interface, the device detects a first and a second portion of an input, where the first portion includes contact(s) at a location corresponding to the object and the second portion includes movement of the contact(s). In response: upon determining that the second portion was detected shortly after detecting the contact(s): when the first input has a first predefined number of contacts, the device drags the user interface object or a representation; and when the first input has a second predefined number of contacts, the device forgoes the dragging. Further in response, upon determining that the second portion was detected after the contact(s) had been detected at the location for at least the first threshold amount of time, the device drags the user interface object or the representation thereof.

Abstract: In some implementations, a user device can predictively route media content to a remote playback device based on playback context information obtained by the user device. The playback context can include local playback context information related to the state and/or context of the user device. The playback context can include remote playback context information related to the state and/or context of available remote playback devices. Based on the playback context information obtained by the user device, the user device can generate a predictive score for each available playback device that indicates or predicts the likelihood that the user will want to send media content to the corresponding playback device. The user device can generate and present a graphical user interface that can identify the playback devices having predictive scores over a threshold score. In some instances, the user device can automatically route selected media content to a predicted playback device.
