摘要: When a first temperature difference is the difference between a saturated gas temperature of a first refrigerant at an inlet side and a saturated liquid temperature of the first refrigerant at an outlet side in a heat exchanger for heating, and when a second temperature difference is the difference between a saturated gas temperature of a second refrigerant at an outlet side and a temperature of the second refrigerant at an inlet side in the heat exchanger for heating, the difference between the first temperature difference and the second temperature difference is held in a predetermined value or less by charging the second refrigerant to the second refrigeration cycle so that a plurality of single refrigerants forming the second refrigerant have a predetermined mixing ratio.

摘要: A refrigeration cycle is configured by connecting a compressor, a four-way valve, a heat source side heat exchanger, expansion valves, and intermediate heat exchangers by piping. A heat medium circulation circuit is configured by connecting intermediate heat exchangers, pumps, and use side heat exchangers by piping. The outdoor unit accommodates the compressor, the four-way valve, and the heat source side heat exchanger, and the relay unit that is installed in a non-subject space which is different from an indoor space and is on an installation floor separated by two or more floors and accommodates the expansion valves, the pump, and intermediate heat exchangers are connected by two pipelines. The relay unit and an indoor unit that accommodates use side heat exchangers and is installed at a position where an indoor space can be air-conditioned are connected by two pipelines.

摘要: An outdoor unit includes a compressor that compresses a flammable refrigerant, a heat source side heat exchanger that exchanges heat between the refrigerant and air in an unconditioned space, an outdoor unit air-sending device disposed at a position where the air is enabled to flow out of a housing to the outside, the outdoor unit air-sending device being driven to maintain the concentration of the refrigerant in the housing at or below a predetermined concentration, and an outdoor unit controller that controls an operation of the compressor and an operation of the outdoor air-sending device. The outdoor unit controller allows the outdoor unit air-sending device to operate in order to maintain the concentration of the refrigerant at or below the predetermined concentration even when the compressor is stopped.

摘要: An air-conditioning apparatus once transfers energy to a heat medium other than a refrigerant and introduces the heat medium to another refrigeration cycle to achieve safety improvement and high efficiency. An air-conditioning apparatus allows first heat exchangers related to heat medium to exchange heat between a first refrigerant (heat source side refrigerant) and a first heat medium and allows a second heat exchanger related to heat medium to exchange heat between the first heat medium and a second refrigerant (hot water supply side refrigerant), such that the first refrigerant and the second refrigerant are prevented from mixing with each other.

摘要: The density of a treatment fluid in exhaust gas is reduced, the amount of the treatment fluid that flows into exhausting equipment connected to a substrate treatment apparatus is reduced, and a load on the exhausting equipment is reduced. A substrate treatment apparatus includes: a substrate treating unit that treats a substrate; a treatment fluid supply unit that supplies, to the substrate treating unit, a treatment fluid used to treat the substrate; and an exhaust gas treating unit into which an exhaust gas containing the treatment fluid discharged from the substrate treating unit is introduced. The exhaust gas treating unit includes spray nozzles that spray a solvent toward the exhaust gas, the solvent dissolving the treatment fluid, thereby reducing the density of the treatment fluid in the exhaust gas. The exhaust gas treating unit has porous dispersion plates that cause the exhaust gas to disperse.
