    摘要: Disclosed is a method for a serving base station in a wireless communication system to mitigate inter-cell interference. More specifically, the method comprises the steps of: allocating a first resource for a terminal existing in a first region in which the coverage of the serving base station and the coverage of a neighboring base station are overlapped with each other; and allocating a second resource with the first resource for a terminal existing in a second region of the coverage of the serving base station, which is outside of the coverage of the neighboring base station. Desirably, the first resource is for the serving base station only with reuse factor of ½, and the second resource is shared with the neighboring base station with reuse factor of 1.

Particularly, in configuring a location estimation subframe for determining the location of a terminal in a wireless communication system, the present invention involves replacing a portion of repeating patterns of a channel estimation pilot in the location estimation subframe with a location estimation pilot. In this way, the present invention is capable of transmitting a location estimation reference signal for a location-based service to the terminal while minimizing influences on an existing wireless frame structure.

A Mobile Station (MS) receives resource allocation information about a remaining region other than a region carrying an SFH in a predetermined channel bandwidth by the SFH from a Base Station (BS) and decodes the received resource allocation information. The MS decodes control information efficiently by receiving repetition number information about a sub_secondary SFH (sub_S-SFH) or sub_secondary Broadcast CHannel (sub_S-BCH) from the BS by a Primary SFH (P-SFH) or Primary BCH (P-BCH).

    摘要: A video encoding method and apparatus are provided. The video encoding method includes determining whether a current block includes an affine-transformation object having an affine transformation; if the current block includes an affine-transformation object, generating a prediction block by performing affine transformation-based motion compensation on the current block in consideration of an affine transformation of the affine-transformation object; and if the current block does not include any affine-transformation object, generating a prediction block by performing motion vector-based motion compensation on the current block using a motion vector of the current block. Therefore, it is possible to achieve high video encoding/decoding efficiency even when a block to be encoded or decoded includes an affine transformation.
