    摘要: A method for performing, for a plurality of applications, data communication on a wireless medium accessible for a plurality of nodes used by the applications is disclosed. Each application is assigned to one of a plurality of application classes. In one aspect, the method includes sending, at one of the plurality of nodes, a resource request for an application via a control channel dedicated to the application class which the application is assigned to, wherein the resource request is sent employing an access method available for the application class. The method also includes taking a decision on allocating resource on the wireless medium for the application. The method also includes performing data communication for the application via a conflict-free data channel, the data channel being separated in time from the dedicated control channel.

    摘要: The present invention provides a method for extracting glucan and mannan from the cell wall of a microorganism. Specifically, the method of the present invention in one embodiment comprises the steps of: a) treating the cells of the microorganism with an alkaline protease and an mannanase; b) separating the mixture from step a) into a heavy phase and a light phase; c) drying the heavy phase obtained from step b), obtaining the glucan preparation; and d) drying the light phase obtained from step b), obtaining the mannan preparation. Optionally, in the step c), the heavy phase obtained from step b) may be treated sequentially with an alkali and an acid, and separated again into a heavy phase and a light phase. The heavy phase is dried, obtaining the glucan preparation. The present invention further relates to the glucan preparation and mannan preparation produced thereby, and the uses thereof.

In some examples, methods for detecting network model data errors may include splitting a network model into a first plurality of portions, executing an algorithm on each of the portions, identifying a portion for which the algorithm is determined to be non-converged, splitting the identified portion into a second plurality of portions, repeating the executing, identifying and splitting the identified portion until a resulting identified portion is smaller than a predefined threshold, and examining the resulting identified portion to identify plausible data errors therein.
