Abstract: This seal state detection device includes a plurality of part case members including a cylinder facing part and a rod facing part and are aligned in a circumferential direction of a cylinder by causing the cylinder facing part to face the cylinder and the rod facing part to face a rod so that a housing chamber for housing a part of the cylinder and a part of the rod is formed between the cylinder facing part and the rod facing part. The cylinder facing part includes a seal part which contacts with the cylinder. The seal part includes a protruding part formed at one end and a recessed part formed at the other end in the circumferential direction of the cylinder. The protruding part and the recessed part are fitted to each other when the plurality of part case members are aligned in the circumferential direction of the cylinder.

Abstract: In an application, which refers to holding actuation of a parking brake mechanism (a rotation-linear motion conversion mechanism), a braking control apparatus (a parking brake control apparatus) determines an application stroke from a load detection point including as far as an overshoot amount. The load detection point is a generation point of a thrust force that is detected due to a current flowing in the electric motor. The overshoot amount is generated based on a rotation of an electric motor due to inertia after driving of the electric motor is stopped. The braking control apparatus determines a target release stroke in a release, which is release actuation of the parking brake mechanism, according to the application stroke. The braking control apparatus outputs a control instruction to conduct the release based on the target release stroke.

Abstract: A load drive device that drives and controls an inductive load based on a PWM signal from a microcomputer is provided, and the load drive device has excellent reliability and responsiveness capable of quickly detecting disconnection of the inductive load. The load drive device includes a microcomputer and a driver circuit that drives an inductive load by a pulse width modulation signal of a constant cycle based on a control command from the microcomputer, in which the driver circuit includes a current monitoring circuit that monitors a current flowing through the inductive load, and a disconnection diagnosis circuit that detects disconnection of the inductive load based on a current value detected by the current monitoring circuit, and the disconnection diagnosis circuit obtains a change amount of a current value detected by the current monitoring circuit, and when the change amount is equal to or less than a predetermined threshold, determines that the inductive load is disconnected and notifies the microcomputer of the disconnection.
