The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a solar cell capable of suppressing volatilization of selenium and deformation of a substrate during a manufacturing process. According to the present invention, the method for manufacturing the solar cell comprises the steps of: providing a substrate; forming a rear electrode on the substrate; forming a precursor film for a light absorption film on the rear electrode; forming a light absorption film by progressing a crystallization process for the precursor film for the light absorption film; forming a buffer film on the light absorption film; forming a window film on the buffer film, and forming an anti-reflection film on the window film; and partially patterning the anti-reflection film, and forming a grid electrode in a patterned area. Said precursor film for the light absorption film includes Cu—Zn—Sn—S (Cu2ZnSnS4), CuInSe2, CuInS2, Cu(InGa)Se2, or Cu(InGa)S2. Further, a Cu—Zn—Sn—S (Cu2ZnSnS4) precursor film, a CuInSe2 precursor film, a CuInS2 precursor film, and a Cu (InGa)Se2 precursor film or a Cu(InGa)S2 precursor film can have a multi-layer structure of each component or a single-layer structure having compounds of the components. Said crystallization step for the precursor film is progressed through an electron-beam irradiation process.

In one example, a method for fabricating a solar cell comprising a first electrode, a first-type layer, an intrinsic layer, a second-type layer and a second electrode is disclosed. The method comprising forming a second-type layer including an amorphous silicon (Si) carbide thin film by an inductively coupled plasma chemical vapor deposition (ICP-CVD) device using mixed gas including hydrogen (H2) gas, silane (SiH4) gas, diborane (B2H6) and ethylene (C2H4) gas, wherein the ethylene (C2H4) gas includes 60% hydrogen gas diluted ethylene gas, the diborane gas is 97% hydrogen gas diluted diborane gas, the mixed gas includes 1 to 1.2% ethylene gas and 6 to 6.5% diborane gas.

An apparatus for providing multiple screens and a method of dynamically configuring the multiple screens are provided. The apparatus for providing multiple screens uses flags included transferred packets in order to dynamically configure multiple screens that provide a plurality of contents on a physical display device and a method of dynamically configuring multiple screens. The apparatus for providing multiple screens includes a digital signal processing module which determines whether an application included in data information can be executed on a screen on the basis of received data information, and an operational module which operates the application on the screen on the basis of the determination result.

A receiver calculates a minimum distance of each two symbol vectors among all symbol vectors which can be received through a kth subcarrier among a plurality of subcarriers, in which a channel state of the kth subcarrier and a jth precoder among precoders included in a codebook set are applied; calculates sums of minimum distances by adding minimum distances calculated for the plurality of subcarriers according to each precoder; determines a precoder corresponding to a value greatest among the sums of minimum distances calculated according to the precoders, as a precoder representing the plurality of subcarriers; and feeds the feedback information including a precoder index of the determined precoder back to a transmitter.

The apparatus for providing multiple screens is capable of providing a plurality of contents on a single physical display device and reconstructing a form or connection relationship among screens existing on a system. An apparatus and method for interference cancellation and synchronization maintenance over interference channel estimation in a communication system are provided. An interference channel estimator fixes synchronization and estimates an interference signal. An interference signal controller eliminates the estimated interference signal from a received RF signal. A synchronization unit unfixes fixed synchronization and tracks synchronization when the interference signal cancellation is stable. A data buffer stores data from which the interference signal is canceled.
