    摘要: An apparatus for precise distance measurement has a multiple frequency generator, a laser transmitter, an optical receiver, a first measuring unit, a second measuring unit and a central processing unit. The laser transmitter outputs a light signal to a target, and the optical receiver receives the reflected light signal and mixes the base frequency signal from the multiple frequency generator and the reflected light signal and further outputs an measurement signal to the first and second measuring units. The first and second measuring units calculate respectively a time difference and a phase difference between the light signal and the reflected light signal. The central processing unit is connected to the first and second measuring units to calculate a precise distance by the time and the phase difference.

    摘要: A connector module and motor utilizing the same. The connector module electrically connects the motor and an external device and includes a printed wiring board and a plurality of pins. The printed wiring board comprises at least one circuit line, each of circuit lines has a first terminal and a second terminal opposite thereto. Each pin has a first end and a second end opposite thereto. The first terminals of the circuit lines are electrically connected to an input port of the motor. The second terminals of the circuit lines are electrically connected to the first ends of the pins separately, and the second ends of the pins are electrically connected to the external device.

    摘要: A method of measuring the azimuth and resetting to zero azimuth automatically is disclosed. Multiple azimuths in longitudinal and latitudinal orientations are sampled by two orthogonal magnetic sensors installed in an azimuth meter, and then are output by corresponding first and second sine wave signals. These two sine wave signals are normalized by adjusting them to be of equal amplitude. The maximum and minimum values of the normalized sine wave signals are used to compute the average values of the respective normalized sine wave signals being of equal amplitude on the positive and negative sides. The resultant sine wave signals serve as the zero reference values for comparison with subsequently taken measuring signals to yield the actual azimuth. The numerical computation for the azimuth can be performed by a microprocessor with accuracy and high speed.

    摘要: Contact holes through a dielectric are formed by forming a layer of polysilicon having a thickness between 0.02 um and 0.15 um inclusive on the dielectric, forming a layer of resist having a thickness between 0.4 um and 0.6 um inclusive on the layer of polysilicon, making a mask of the layer of resist, using it to form a mask in the layer of polysilicon and etching contact holes in the dielectric by exposing it to etching gasses through the apertures in the polysilicon mask. When the dielectric includes a layer of oxide adjacent the polysilicon mask and a layer of nitride between it and elements of the device, the resist mask is removed prior to etching the contact hole and a gas mixture of: C.sub.4 F.sub.8 ; one of Ar, H, F; CO; CF.sub.4 or C.sub.2 F.sub.6 is used. Contact holes are made through a dielectric to conductors in a substrate by the same method, and desired cross sections are obtained by using a second resist mask and a selective etch for the polysilicon followed by a selective etch for the dielectric. These structures can be stacked and suitable interconnections made by the described method. Contact holes to gate electrodes can be etched using the basic process.

    摘要: The present disclosure relates to a torque detection method and apparatus for a robot joint servo motor, a servo motor, a device, and a storage medium. The detection apparatus includes: a controller, an amorphous strip detection strip provided on the output shaft, and an excitation coil and an induction coil provided on the hollow cylindrical support; the method includes: the amorphous strip detection strip generating a magnetic induction intensity change according to a torque change of the output shaft, where the magnetic induction intensity change is used for the excitation coil to generate a changing magnetic field; the changing magnetic field is used for the induction coil to generate a changing current; the changing current is used for the controller to acquire a value of the torque. The present disclosure may detect the torque of the servo motor with high accuracy.
