摘要: Disclosed herein is a wavelength converted light emitting apparatus comprising a substrate, a light emitting diode, and a phosphor layer. The substrate is formed at its upper surface with first and second conductive patterns. At a partial region of the first conductive pattern and at the second conductive pattern are formed first and second connection bumps, respectively. The light emitting diode has first and second surfaces opposite to each other, and a side surface. The first surface of the light emitting diode is formed with first and second electrodes. The light emitting diode is disposed at the upper surface of the substrate so that the first and second electrodes are connected to the first and second connection bumps, respectively. The phosphor layer is formed along the second surface and side surface of the light emitting diode by a certain thickness, thereby serving to convert a wavelength of light emitted from the light emitting diode.

摘要: A drum washing machine and method of controlling the drum washing machine, which sufficiently dissolves a detergent by reciprocating water and the detergent contained in a lower portion of a water tub between the water tub and a detergent dissolution pipe, thus improving solubility of the detergent. Accordingly, a washing time may be decreased and laundry may be washed more cleanly. The drum washing machine and the method of controlling the drum washing machine of the present invention sufficiently dissolves the detergent in water and then efficiently sprays a detergent solution, in which the detergent dissolves in water, on an upper part of laundry, thus increasing utilization of the detergent. Therefore, a washing time is decreased and washing performance is improved.

摘要: Provided are an apparatus and method for converting a pitch delay using linear prediction in speech transcoding. A linear interpolating portion linearly interpolates a closed-loop pitch delay decoded by a selected mode vocoder (SMV) speech decoder to make the closed-loop pitch delay fit in a search section for open-loop pitch delays of G.723.1 speech encoder, to obtain a changed closed-loop pitch delay of the SMV decoder. A predicted value calculating portion calculates a predicted pitch delay using linear prediction, based on past closed-loop pitch delays of the G.723.1 speech encoder. A difference calculating portion calculates a difference between the changed closed-loop pitch delay of the SMV speech decoder and the calculated predicted pitch delay. When the calculated difference is less than the predetermined threshold value, a pitch delay determining portion determines the changed closed-loop pitch delay of the SMV speech decoder to be an open-loop pitch delay of the G.723.1 speech encoder. A pitch delay detecting portion detects a closed-loop pitch delay of the G.723.1 speech encoder using a conventional method, based on the determined open-loop pitch delay of the G.723.1 speech encoder.

摘要: A drum-type washing machine including a rotatable pulsator. The drum-type washing machine includes a water tub to contain water therein. A rotary drum is included in the water tub and rotating in alternating directions to hold laundry located in the rotary drum to be washed. A pulsator is rotatably mounted to a predetermined position of the rotary drum. A rotation guide unit rotates the pulsator by a rotating force of the rotary drum. The pulsator mounted to the rotary drum increases a physical force applied to laundry, thus enhancing a washing effect.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method of extracting features from three-dimensional geometric data.Heretofore, an expert has contrived a process planing by extracting a distinctive point from three-dimensional geometric data and inputting it as processing information.Taking such contrivance into consideration, the present invention provides a method of obtaining a face-edge connection relation graph from three-dimensional geometric data taken from a CAD system, building it in the form of a face-edge adjacency relation matrix, searching for a cut node which severs the remaining faces by eliminating an optional face therefrom, and extracting the two severed subgraphs as features and a method of extracting features using a multi-cut node which selects an optional face first, eliminates another optional face together with the selected face, searches the connection of the remaining faces and finds for the two subgraphs disconnected by eliminating those two faces in order to overcome the limitations of single cut node. Therefore, the present invention, when used, makes it easy to obtain data necessary for a process planing by automatically extracting features for processing of machines and so forth from three-dimensional geometric data by means of a computer.
