The present invention proposes a method for transmitting a broadcast signal. The method for transmitting a broadcast signal according to the present invention proposes a system capable of supporting future broadcast services in an environment supporting future hybrid broadcasting using terrestrial broadcast networks and the Internet. In addition, the present invention proposes efficient signaling methods for both terrestrial broadcast networks and the Internet in an environment supporting future hybrid broadcasting.

A device providing an emergency alert service via a mobile broadcasting, includes a data group formatter to generate a data group containing a part of a signaling data and a RS frame portion, and a broadcasting signal generating unit to generate a mobile broadcasting signal containing the data group. The FIC, included in the data group, is transmitted in a form of a plurality of FIC segments. The FIC segment header includes a wake-up identifier field indicating whether a mobile broadcasting receiver performs a wake-up function to automatically turn on a power and to provide the emergency alert message.

Various embodiments provide a method for controlling platooning of a first platooning group by a first device in a wireless communication system, and an apparatus therefor. The method comprises the steps of: receiving, from a second device, information on a second platooning group controlled by the second device; on the basis of the information on the second platooning group, transmitting a merging request message for merging with the second platooning group; and on the basis of merging of a first platooning group with the second platooning group, updating platooning information related to platooning, wherein the platooning information is updated to include first platooning information relating to the existing first platooning group, which corresponds to sub-group information, and second platooning information relating to the merged first platooning group and the second platooning group.

The method for transmitting a safety message, by a UE, in a wireless communication system supporting sidelink comprises the steps of: receiving, from an adjacent UE, a sidelink signal including mobility information on the adjacent UE; calculating a collision risk range for the adjacent UE on the basis of the mobility information on the adjacent UE; and determining whether to transmit a safety message on the basis of the collision risk range to which an estimated threshold value has been applied, wherein the estimated threshold value is determined on the basis of a received decentralized environmental notification message (DENM).

A method for transmitting a broadcasting signal according to the present invention suggests a system capable of supporting a next generation broadcasting service in an environment which supports a next generation hybrid broadcast using a terrestrial broadcast network and an internet network. Furthermore, in an environment which supports a next generation hybrid broadcast, suggested is an efficient signaling scheme which can embrace both a terrestrial broadcast network and an internet network.
