    Abstract: A lock release control device for an opening and closing body configured to control an opening and closing body that opens and closes an opening portion of a vehicle. The opening and closing body comes into contact with a sealing member provided on a vehicle body side of the vehicle in a fully closed state. The vehicle includes a locking device and an opening and closing actuator. The locking device restrains the opening and closing body in a fully closed position. The opening and closing actuator displaces the opening and closing body by rotation of a motor to change the opening and closing body from one of two states including an open state and a closed state to another of the states. The lock release control device is configured to execute an open command acquisition process, a pull-in process, and a lock release process.

The locking device includes a ferrule (60) positioned on the rod, the ferrule comprising an internal stop (80) and the first tubular body comprising a counter-stop (34), capable of cooperating to lock the first tubular body and the ferrule. The ferrule is locked in translation relative to the second body (14) and rotatable around said second body, between an unlocked position, allowing the sliding of the second body into the first body (12), and a locked position retaining the second body in the retracted configuration.

    Abstract: Illustrated and described is a hinge for releasably and pivotably connecting a wing, in particular in the form of a door and/or a flap, to a base part, in particular in the form of a frame, including: a hinge pin extending along a pin axis, and at least one pin-receiving element, which has a pin receptacle for at least partially receiving the hinge pin, wherein the hinge pin is adjustable relative to the pin-receiving element, at least substantially perpendicularly to the pin axis, between a pivoting position in which it is at least partially received in the pin receptacle and a mounting position in which it is arranged outside of the pin receptacle, wherein the pin-receiving element and the hinge pin are pivotable relative to one another about the pin axis in the pivoting position, and wherein a securing element is provided which is adjustable between a securing position for securing the hinge pin with respect to an unintentional adjustment from the pivoting position into the mounting position at least substantially perpendicularly to the pin axis and a release position for releasing the adjustment, at least substantially perpendicularly to the pin axis, of the hinge pin from the pivoting position into the mounting position.     Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an ambidextrous hinge. The ambidextrous hinge includes a first knuckle with a first engagement feature, a second knuckle with a second engagement feature, and a third knuckle movably coupled between the first knuckle and the second knuckle. The third knuckle includes a third engagement feature that engages the first engagement feature to cause the ambidextrous hinge to lock in a first open position when used as a first swing hinge. The third knuckle includes a fourth engagement feature that engages the second engagement feature to cause the ambidextrous hinge to lock in a second open position when used as a second swing hinge.
