Abstract:
A waist receiving portion, which is provided at a support member, is curved to form a convex shape toward a front side in a seat front and rear direction in side view. Accordingly, when a waist portion of an occupant is pressed against the waist receiving portion, the change of the shape of lumbar vertebrae is suppressed. For this reason, since it is possible to reduce the difference between a timing when a head portion of the occupant is pressed against a headrest and a timing when a neck portion of the occupant is pressed against a neck receiving portion, it is possible to suppress swing of the head portion of the occupant about the neck portion as a fulcrum in the seat front and rear direction. Therefore, a burden to the neck portion of the occupant is reduced.
Abstract:
A seat back frame includes a main frame that forms a frame of a seat back of a main seat, and an auxiliary frame that forms a frame of a seat back of an auxiliary seat adjacent to the main seat in a width direction, and that is integrally formed with the main frame. The main frame has a first open portion that opens toward a side with the auxiliary seat in the width direction. An end portion of the auxiliary frame is a fitting structure that fits together with the first open portion, and a portion of the fitting structure is welded.
Abstract:
A tolerance ring includes a base formed of a strip-like member approximately wound around into a ring shape, and a plurality of projections provided along a winding direction of the base so as to protrude in a radial direction from an outer peripheral surface of the base, wherein each of the projections has edges serving as a boundary with the base and at least one of the edges in a width direction orthogonal to the winding direction has a shape intersecting the winding direction.
Abstract:
A technique detects counterfeit products having appearances similar to authentic products with high accuracy. A cholesteric liquid crystal layer in which hologram is processed and circularly polarized light of primary rotating direction having specific central wavelength can be selectively reflected and a code forming layer in which code printed pattern that is an objective of reading is formed, are arranged in this order seen from a side from which reading is performed. The hologram image that inhibits reading of information of the code while an optical reading device reads it together with the code, and it is formed by the hologram processing.
Abstract:
In a first terminal portion, a first conductor, a terminal element as a first protection, and a first gold-plating layer are provided. The first terminal element is thicker than a base nickel layer of a slider terminal portion. The first gold-plating layer is provided with a first roughening processed portion. An electrically conductive paste contacts the roughening processed portion. In a second terminal portion, a second conductor, a terminal element as a second protection, and a second gold-plating layer are provided. The second terminal element is thicker than the base nickel layer. The second gold-plating layer is provided with a second roughening processed portion. An electrically conductive paste contacts the second roughening processed portion.
Abstract:
A favorable appearance can be achieved using a simple configuration, even when the configuration is provided with a back shell that moves up and down relative to a back frame. In a vehicle seat 10, the back of a seated person is adapted to be supported by a movable back shell 42 that is supported so as to be capable of moving in an up-down direction relative to a back frame 30. A non-movable back shell 46 that is attached so as to be incapable of displacement relative to the back frame 30 is disposed on a back face side of the movable back shell 42, and the back frame 30 is covered by the non-movable back shell 46.
Abstract:
To provide a ceramic member having a thermal expansion coefficient close to that of silicon and has satisfactory workability, a probe holder formed by using this ceramic member, and a method of manufacturing the ceramic member. For this purpose, at least mica and silicon dioxide are mixed and an external force oriented in one direction is caused to act on this mixed mixture to sinter the mixture. It is more preferable that, in the mixture, a volume content of the mica is 70 to 90 volume % and a volume content of the silicon dioxide is 10 to 30 volume %.
Abstract:
A member with flow passage includes: a base member; a plate-like member including two flat plate portions that are positioned at both widthwise ends and have main surfaces passing over one and the same plane, and a convex portion that is provided between the two flat plate portions and has a cross section shaped in a thickness direction so as to protrude with respect to the flat plate portions, and forming the flow passage; and a metal deposit layer that is formed by, while main surfaces of the flat plate portions opposite to a top of the convex portion are facing the base member, accelerating powder of metal or alloy together with a gas, and spraying and depositing the powder in a solid-phase state on a surface of the plate-like member at the top side of the convex portion and a surface of the base member.
Abstract:
Provided is a boot band that is configured for preventing the occurrence of buckling in the inner-layer portion of a band body. In the boot band, by applying a diameter-reducing tightening force on the band body when an engagement pawl of an inner-layer portion of the band body has entered a top-end engagement hole of an outer-layer portion of the band body, the top-end engagement hole rides over the engagement pawl. Buckling is prevented by providing, at the area of the top-end engagement hole opposite where the engagement pawl enters therein, a guide that faces the engagement pawl.
Abstract:
A method of attaching a head assembly having an annular hollow boss to an arm having a through hole of a carriage is provided. The head assembly includes a load beam of a head suspension and a base plate fixed to a base part of the load beam. The boss is formed on the base plate. The method includes steps of, inserting the boss into the through hole, thereby setting the head assembly to the arm of the carriage, supplying lubricant along the cylindrical jig to the caulking ball and pushing the caulking ball with the cylindrical jig to pass the caulking ball through an inside of the boss and diametrally expand and plastically deform the boss, thereby fixedly fitting the boss of the head assembly to the through hole of the arm of the carriage. The method causes no deformation of a flange formed on the base plate during caulking and is achievable at low cost.
