摘要: Component mounting line includes multiple component mounting machines arranged along a conveyance direction of a board, feeder storage container that stores multiple feeders that are attachable and detachable to component mounting machine, and exchanging robot capable of exchanging feeder between feeder storage container and each of the component mounting machines, in which feeder storage container is installed in the same arrangement as the multiple component mounting machines, and exchanging robot moves along the conveyance direction of the board and exchanges feeder. Accordingly, regardless of which of the component mounting machines feeder is used in, replenishment and collection may be performed in feeder storage container, so that an operator can easily replenish and collect feeder.

摘要: A nozzle drying device is provided, in which a suction nozzle held by a holding chuck is inserted inside a housing, and air is blown towards the suction nozzle by operation of air blow device. A suction pipe of the suction nozzle held by the holding chuck is inserted inside a body tube by the suction pipe being contacted against contacting table. By sliding the suction pipe and the body tube with respect to each other by inserting the suction pipe inside the body tube, liquid is ejected from inside the body tube, and the liquid can be removed by blowing air. Thus, it is possible to appropriately remove liquid that has entered between the suction pipe and the body tube.

摘要: With an atmospheric pressure plasma generating device of the present invention, nozzle block 36 in which fourth gas passages 66 from which plasma gas is emitted are formed, is covered by cover 22, and through-hole 70 is formed in the cover such that the leading end of the fourth gas passage is positioned on the inside. Heated gas is supplied inside the cover. Thus, heated gas is emitted from the through-hole of the cover, and plasma gas is emitted so as to penetrate the heated gas. By the plasma gas being surrounded by the heated gas in this manner, deactivation of the plasma gas is prevented. Also, distance X between the leading end of the fourth gas passage and an opening of the through-hole at an outer wall of the cover is set from 0 to 2 mm in an emission direction of the plasma gas. By this, it is possible to appropriately cover plasma gas with heated gas without obstructing the flow of the plasma gas.
