Abstract: The invention relates to a two-axis rotator for producing a rotation about two orthogonal spatial axes, and to a handling device comprising a two-axis rotator of this kind. The two-axis rotator for producing a rotation about two mutually orthogonal rotational axes comprises a main body, a first rotor and a second rotor, wherein the first rotor is mounted on or in the main body so as to be able to rotate about a first rotational axis, and the second rotor is mounted on or in the first rotor so as to be able to rotate about a second rotational axis, and wherein the first rotor has a first drive and the second rotor has a second drive, and the first drive and the second drive can be driven independently of one another.

Abstract: The invention relates to a measuring apparatus for characterizing the electrical resistance of a measurement object, comprising an electric energy source having two poles, a voltage measuring device having two measuring inputs, four connecting contacts for the connection of four contact electrodes, and a switching device for the variable electrical pairwise connection of each one of the poles and measuring inputs to each one of the connecting contacts, forming different wiring configurations, wherein the measuring device is configured to carry out at least two measuring sequences with different wiring configurations and to determine the series resistance of the measurement object by incorporating the current and voltage signals acquired in these wiring configurations.

Abstract: The invention relates to a heat exchanger having at least one partition and surface elements which project from at least one side of the partition and which enlarge the surface of the partition and around which a fluid can flow. The problem addressed by the present invention is that of proposing heat exchangers of low mass with high thermal transmission capacity. This problem is solved by means of a heat exchanger in which the surface elements are formed so as to project in the manner of fins from the partition, and the surface elements have reinforcement beads, wherein the reinforcement beads extend as far as the partition.

Abstract: A method for reconfiguration of a vortex density in a rare earth manganate, to a non-volatile impedance switch having reconfigurable impedance, and to the use thereof as micro-inductance is disclosed. A unique voltage-time profile is applied between a first and a second electrically conductive contact attached to the rare earth manganate, such that the rare earth manganate passes through an ordering temperature in a region of an electric field forming between the two electrically conductive contacts during a cooling process during and after application of the voltage pulse or the voltage ramp, and the vortex density is thus influenced and adjusted locally in the region of the electric field forming between the two electrically conductive contacts.
