摘要: A method for selecting a communication system assigned to a transmission network of an automation system, where a transmission network with a plurality of subscribers, connected to the transmission network, of one or more automation systems is displayed, or is capable of being displayed, on a display unit. The transmission network is assigned to a plurality of communication systems, where the plurality of communication systems are each designed or configured for communication over the transmission network between at least two of the subscribers connected to the transmission network. By selecting a selection area assigned to the transmission network on the display unit by a selection device, the plurality of communication systems assigned to the transmission network are displayed on the display unit. Subsequent to selection of the selection area assigned to the transmission network by the selection means, one of the displayed communication systems is then selectable by means of the selection means.

摘要: The invention relates to an apparatus for evaluating an activity distribution obtained in a moved target object by a beam that is generated by an irradiation device. Said apparatus comprises: a positron emission tomograph designed to record photons generated in the target object by the beam and generate measurement data representing points of origin of the photons; a movement detection device designed to generate a movement signal representing the movement of the target object; and an evaluation unit designed to associate the points of origin of the measured photons with positions in the target object with the help of the movement signal such that three-dimensional characteristics of the activity distribution actually generated in the target object can be evaluated by means of the photons generated by the beam. The invention further relates to an irradiation system and a method in which such an apparatus is used.

摘要: A device and method for time synchronization in a communication network, wherein a virtual clock is produced by a controller in each network node based on the PROFINET-Standard and/or the Precision Transparent Clock Protocol. In contrast to known methods for estimating the time, the time of the virtual clock does not undergo sudden changes. The virtual clock includes a controlled, continuous path. As a result, the virtual clock is particularly suitable for time-critical applications. Here, the estimation of the time of a reference clock is improved by 18-35%. Accordingly, a markedly greater number of network nodes may be synchronized with a predetermined level of accuracy for the time synchronization.

摘要: A system operating in a plurality of modes to provide an integrated analysis of molecular data, imaging data, and clinical data associated with a patient includes a multi-scale model, a molecular model, and a linking component. The multi-scale model is configured to generate one or more estimated multi-scale parameters based on the clinical data and the imaging data when the system operates in a first mode, and generate a model of organ functionality based on one or more inferred multi-scale parameters when the system operates in a second mode. The molecular model is configured to generate one or more first molecular findings based on a molecular network analysis of the molecular data, wherein the molecular model is constrained by the estimated parameters when the system operates in the first mode. The linking component, which is operably coupled to the multi-scale model and the molecular model, is configured to transfer the estimated multi-scale parameters from the multi-scale model to the molecular model when the system operates in the first mode, and generate, using a machine learning process, the inferred multi-scale parameters based on the molecular findings when the system operates in the second mode.
