摘要: A method for determining a peak position of lower extremity injury in a crash test dummy includes: controlling the movement of the collision surface until the control point of the collision surface and the first designated collision point of the dummy's lower extremity form a line parallel to the direction of the vehicle acceleration, with a predetermined distance between the control point and the first designated collision point. A collision simulation calculation is performed to obtain the first tibial index curve, the first knee displacement curve, and the first thigh force curve. Similarly, the second designated collision point is used to obtain the second tibial index curve, the second knee displacement curve, and the second thigh force curve. Then, the injury values are calculated, and by comparing the injury values at different positions, the peak position is determined.

摘要: The present disclosure provides molecular sieves with intergrown phases of AEI and CHA topologies and a catalyst thereof. A preparation method for the molecular sieves include the following steps: mixing a hydroxyphosphono organic alkali R with an aluminum source and a silicon source to obtain a sol-gel precursor, putting the sol-gel precursor into a closed hydrothermal synthesis reactor for reaction, filtering the reaction solution, washing, drying, and calcination to obtain the molecular sieves with intergrown phases of AEI and CHA topologies. The molecular sieves and the catalyst thereof can be directly synthesized under mild conditions with a hydroxyphosphono organic alkali as a structure-directing agent and a phosphorus source, have a pH value of 6-9 and low requirements for corrosion resistance of production devices, and are suitable for large-scale production.

摘要: The present invention discloses a method of filling simulated muscles for a limb of an automobile crash test dummy, the simulated muscles are molded with foaming in the inner cavity of the mold; the method comprises: obtaining a filling volume of the inner cavity of the mold by using a liquid casting method, preparing an adhesive liquid film layer, preparing a filler and conducting demolding detection on the limb. Wherein step 3 is to inject the mixed filler into the inner cavity of the mold so as to be foamed in the mold to form foamed sponge, and stand until the foamed sponge is foamed to the exhaust port and does not overflow any more.

摘要: A method for testing the lumbar spine performance of a crash test dummy includes the following steps: selecting a lumbar spine performance test item; collecting data of at least one preset physical quantity during the collision process between the pendulum and the energy-absorbing buffer block through sensors on the lumbar spine assembly; determining whether the data of each preset physical quantity is within the corresponding data channel; if the data of each preset physical quantity is within the corresponding data channel, the lumbar spine assembly is deemed qualified for the current lumbar spine performance test item. This disclosure evaluates the quality of the lumbar spine performance of crash test dummies, allowing only those with better lumbar spine performance to participate in crash tests, and therefore improving the consistency and accuracy of different crash test dummies' response in crash tests.

摘要: The present disclosure provides msect-4 molecular sieves with OFF and ERI topologies, a preparation method therefor, and applications thereof. An eight-membered ring small pore molecular sieve used as a raw material is dispersed in an aqueous phase. Following that, caustic potash, an aluminum source, and an organic structure-directing agent (OSDA) are added. The pH value is then adjusted to be greater than 10, and a silicon source is introduced to attain the desired silicon-aluminum ratio, followed by stirring reaction, aging, crystallization, filtration, washing, ammonia exchange reaction, drying, and calcination. The msect-4 molecular sieves with OFF and ERI topologies, the preparation method therefor, and applications exhibit excellent hydrothermal stability, a plurality of adsorption sites exposed by a regular bone-like structure, and a large specific surface area. Consequently, this molecular sieves find applicability across various technical fields including selective catalytic reduction, passive adsorption, and catalytic cracking, and has broad application prospects.

摘要: Disclosed is an estimation method for the safety state of a battery pack based on deep learning and consistency detection, including: acquiring battery parameters of each single battery in the battery pack in a charging process to be identified; calculating multiple groups of feature data according to the battery parameters; constituting a first matrix by the multiple groups of feature data, and calculating a covariance matrix of the first matrix; inputting the covariance matrix into a first trained fully connected layer, so as to extract principal components of the first matrix and obtain a second matrix; multiplying the first matrix and the second matrix to obtain a third matrix; and inputting the third matrix into a series-connected and trained multi-head self-attention layer and classification layer, to identify whether single battery consistency safety hazards exist in the charging process. This embodiment improves the accuracy of identification.

摘要: A method for predicting mass of heavy vehicles based on networked operating data and machine learning includes: collecting operating data; extracting speed, engine output torque, satellite elevation, and gear position under a driving condition; determining a transmission ratio of the heavy vehicle based on the gear position; filtering the speed, engine output torque, and the satellite elevation using three of the plurality of filtering parameters; determining a filtered vehicle longitudinal acceleration under the driving condition using the filtered speed, and one of the plurality of filtering parameters; determining a filtered road gradient sine value under the driving condition using the filtered speed, satellite elevation, and one of the plurality of filtering parameters; and inputting the speed, engine output torque, vehicle longitudinal acceleration, road gradient sine value, and transmission ratio into a vehicle mass prediction model to obtain a predicted mass.
